Very disappointed with the way customer service was handled this morning on 6/18 at 8:25 upon making a large deposit. I waited in line almost half an hour with only one car ahead of mine in the commercial lane. I had to pull up to the second lane to be acknowledged. Once they asked what I needed, I explained I needed a deposit for my store done in a timely manner as the restaurant I manage banks with you all and I have a business to open pretty soon. No apologies just an excuse of “we’re really busy right now”. It’s busy with only 2 vehicles? The person in front of me and myself? The lobby is closed as well. Hey I get it I may not exactly know what’s going on but the correct way to handle it would be Im sorry for the wait or inconvenience thank you for your patience we were held up a bit let me get started on that deposit. I don’t need the attitude so early in the morning from these employees that need some work on customer service! Previously I’ve had issues with them not answering phones as well. Dreading coming to this location in the mornings now if this is how it’s going to be.

The tellers are always asking me personal stuff, like what is that green card you have, then they look at me really sad, like poor thing, when I am doing a cash advance, or they ask do you work when I say no, I get a response "Aww", I don't appreciate all the questions, I am retired and made over 65000.00 on my job when I worked, I keep feeling as though I am being put down or something. Maybe it's me, but I don't appreciate all the personal questions. Just do what I ask you to do, it is okay to be polite, but all the personal questions is not necessary. It is not all of them, but most of them ask personal questions. I was told by one teller I needed to go to GECU for my car loan, my interest is way too high, I just gave her the bill so I could pay my bill with Wells Fargo, not to get financial advice, I don't pay my bill at the teller anymore, I pay online.

This isn’t a review of Wells Fargo in general, just of this branch. The employees are friendly and helpful, courteous and professional. The bank is clean, inside and out, no trash in the parking lot. I have no complaints about this branch.

Wells Fargo charges their customers if they do not use their checking account. This corporation is a RIP off. I recommend going to a credit union, they take care of their customers.

Customer service is atrocious in this bank chain. They charge you for asking a question in phone system. The people who work here also make it seem like asking a question is a big hassle.
