First Cash Pawn Dyer St, El Paso

Poor customer service only had 2 people working, there was about 8 people in line , had to leave after 30 minutes in line management did not once tell there customers will be right with you , they need to take classes from Benny's Pawn Shop , and management needs to lead by example, been a customers there for years , only if I can give them a negative 🌟 they don't even deserve a one star ...I will highly recommended Benny's Pawn Shop...

Probably the worst pawn shop in El Paso . The management is terrible at pawn brokerage! Never a courtesy call or even a accurate Receipt, always check your documents from them .

Great customer service from all the staff and specially from Mrs Pam and Mrs Bibi they are very helpful and always have great attitude they make me feel very comfortable to want to keep going back to the store. Store is well organized, sanitized and clean always on point. Congratulations to all of them Keep up the good work.

Really good really fast service. Lady’s are super nice and helpful and do their best to try to meet every customers satisfactory needs. Took only like 30 min to pawn my gaming pc and that’s only because I forgot the power cord at the house

Bought some Bluetooth earbuds, couldn’t check if they worked in the store because they were dead. Took them home to find out that one of the earbuds doesn’t charge. And the other earbud obviously cant connect. So to keep it short, it’s broken without a way to fix them. Now I’m out 35$ don’t go here all they will say is sorry. With a condescending undertone. If I could give this place half a star I would.

I was looking for a computer. The manager Pamela Dominguez was very friendly and attentive. She gave me a very good deal! I will be back. This store is very clean and organized.

I have used first cash pawn shop several times when I needed a little help getting by until payday the manger Pamela Dominguez is very friendly and they always gave me a fair price on the items I sold or pawned. They even have me discounts on the things I have bought. They are a very honest and friendly company. Today I lost $200 worth of tools at first cash pawn they can not find my stuff so they just said oh well you are out there is nothing we can do so I take back everything I said about them I will never use them again

They don't have respect for loyal customers with great redeem rates, been going here for years and quality in service continues to decline, they always lie about wht I've been quoted for from other employees and they don't take care of your stuff soon as you're out the door they care less about your possessions, they always buy broken stuff and try to sell it for more than it's worth almost everything is broken or doesn't work electronics are usually passcode locked, this place need to get burned down.

Great experience, assistant manager Carlos was very professional and very helpful. Service was fast and exactly the best! Will come back.

They really take advantage of people. I have never been to a pawnshop that makes up prices as they go along. Do not recommend anyone to go there.
