Been a customer at Wells Fargo for years. They go out of their way to help me out. One time I was short on money for rent if I got a money order and they waved the 5$ fee so I could make rent. I didn't have any checks at the time so it was a situation I appreciated. In the past I have felt a little out of place because at times I wear cat ears and eccentric clothing, they accept me and I don't even have much money. They care about their customers more than they care about profits; at least that's my experience at this branch.

Lack of good customer service, lack of care and concern for customer, very time consuming and involved to complete transactions, inaccurate information given on more than one occasion. Examples: .. almost every time we had to physically go in the back (and we tried our best NOT to!), there was a substantial wait time, both in line and at the teller window or representative desk -- more wait time than at any other bank or credit union we've ever used in 45+ years. >> we needed to refinance the 2nd mortgage -- it took 6 months! and after that we had to call the bank EVERY month to make the payment for a year before it was set up to be paid online. >> we were told there would be no charge for a checking account -- but we were charged $30 (we had to go in bank to change type of account, we were not offered a refund, but after we asked the $30 was refunded). >> we were told once the account was at a zero balance, we could close the account by calling customer service -- after a 3 minute menu and a 14 minute hold, we were told the last transaction had to "post" before we could close the account, even though it was at a zero balance, so we had to call back the next day, with another 3 minute menu and substantial hold time.

They are not good at thier jobs. They do not coordinate well. I set up an appt only to be told they couldn't help me because a manager wasn't there. Horrible service. They kept telling me different things about what they could or couldn't do. So frustrating!!!!!! This has been my experience will Wells Fargo anytime I have to deal with people directly. I'm done. I'm going with N26. Much better customer service. You are just a number at Wells Fargo.

I went in today, to make a company deposit. Usually the girls/guys welcome you at the counter. Nope this chunky lady with poofy hair. She probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed, she was pure rude!!! I work/managed with customer service for many years now, I would strongly suggest that this lady works somewhere in the back where she doesn't deal with people. While counting my money back for change and instead of handing it back, she just shoves it at me. Not even in an organized pile or anything, just scattered on the counter.This lady sure does not care or want to work here. It's better to hire someone else who will actually care about their job/customers instead of treating them this way and losing this company business. I believe her name was Amanda. She needs to go through customer service training and should probabaly use the words thank you afterwards too. Maybe I'm used to other bank tellers actually doing their jobs. A great example is the ladies at bank of America, their service is great. I'd rather wait a long line there knowing my service will be 5/5 instead of coming here getting money shoved back at me with attitude and ugly looks from the bank teller. If I could give this girl a 0/5 stars it would be so.

Extremely disappointed that the doors are now closed except for appointments on Saturdays. Terrible for business owners and people that work full time and have difficulties getting away to do bank business during the week.

Worst bank ever!! Don't even try to talk to someone in a branch, they can't help you. They will direct you to a 1800 number, where you get a taste for the real crooks.

Fast service, paperless with a typical atm, a drive up atm and special atm inside that gives cash in atypical amounts ie. $45.00/ $50.00 etc.

Horrible branch...Grover Beach very unprofessional and rude. The best thing you could do for this branch is fire everyone that works there.
