This isn't about this location, Wells Fargo has just made it that difficult to communicate with them as an entity I just had to click on something. Going in the branches is usually decent but I'm very confused by your bank. I have been a customer for so long that in fact I can only claim responsibility for the ineptitude at this point. Never in the history of my account have I had automatic withdrawals. But when something comes out of my account through automatic withdrawal and I call, offering documentation and information to dispute it, NOT EVEN BLAMING THE BANK, but offering official clarifying documentation as to why it should be corrected, I have to wait AT ALL, let alone 1-10 business days. Why didn't you wait 1-10 business days to take something out of my account that is incompatible with my spending habits over the last 10 plus years? I have very little regard for your process when I'm your customer and am not in the wrong. I don't care how other banks do it, I don't bank with them, but maybe I should. You eliminated the private email within Wells Fargo so clearly you want the correspondence to be public so I'm happy to oblige and share my level of pissation. I can see if this was a new offence, but we had this issue last year and what worries me, is no matter how many times I call to correct it....like I did last year, Wells Fargo will do its best to mess up my account. I'm tired of being laughed at when banks come into a conversation with clients and "who do you bank with" is asked. I should go finish my degree, makes me think maybe I'll have more opportunities and earn more money. But the irony is, with all the education and all the resources, hell...maybe I can be like Wells Fargo one day too.

I have been with Wells Fargo for decades. We recently moved to the Virginia Beach area and this was the branch that was closest to my place of work. You can never get anyone to answer a phone and when you do go into the branch they have very poor customer service. To simply get a roll of quarters from them in order to do laundry takes an act of Congress. They say there’s a coin shortage, yet before my move last week I was able to get all the coin I needed. So I went and set up a account with a local credit union and the customer service has been night and day difference. I could even get all of the coin that I want as well.

I needed to resolve issues with the new account blocked due to it getting tagged for lack of deposit. With Angel’s patience we were able to resolve it. It took as awhile to get the account unblocked due to back log call center. I would have rated it five if not for what I perceived to be an understaffed call center.

I have been a customer at this location since moving to Virginia Beach 7 years ago. They have been fantastic there but just recently I had the misfortune of someone causing problems with my account. Poorly maintained atms at the 1608 Laskin Rd branch.After scanning my $1000 deposit,decided to jam. Yes, the money already went through the rollers and was scanned before it jammed.Now I'm told I have to wait until into next week to have full access to the funds! You would think in light of the covid epidemic at least atms would be properly maintained! Unacceptable

The staff was friendly; however, after concluding my transaction I asked if there was a restroom I could use. They told me that customers may not use their restroom. So apparently, it's cool for me to transfer $50,000 into their bank, but if I need to use the ladies room I'm literally directed to the Starbucks down the street! Not the way to treat clients who are doing doing business with you. At all.

I never have any issues. I always come to this location. It's professional and every transaction is smooth and fast. If I ever need help they go above and beyond to help. My new favorite personal banker is Anne s. She is amazing. I love this location

Well this is one of the slowliest and all the time something "NOT WORKING" IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY LOCATION. Today it was the last drop in the ocean i can't use my business debit card for second transaction in front of the banker which was busy about my nationality but not how to fix this issue.SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO BANK OF AMERICA THEY WILL REALLY SAVE YOUR TIME AND REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS !!
