Wells Fargo Bank N Milburn Ave, Fresno

ATM will deposit ripped bills and when you take the bill inside to trade it they give you attitude. It’s like it came from your machine. So stupid. Now I pull my money out elsewhere.

I have been a client of Wells Fargo for 10 years. I had the worst experience so far at this branch. I came in to see a banker and I was first to arrive at the waiting area, I went to ask the teller a question and almost immediately the next available banker took a person that arrived after me. After that two different people arrived and they also helped them before me and when I inquired why, the manager said they had appointments at 12 even though the time was still 11:12. So if you have an appointment at any time during the day you can arrive earlier and cut the line in front of people who arrived before you which does not make any sense. Zero stars!

I went into this branch and wanted to deposit cash into my father's account. I had his account number and needed nothing except to deposit this cash. The teller said to me, that they do not do cash transactions at this branch. Since when does a bank do non cash transactions. The teller told me to go next door and buy a money order. Why would I go pay money to deposit cash into an account. I feel it was discrimination. The teller looked at me and assumed something and it was bogus. I left without any issues but this type of behavior is unacceptable. Get it together Wells Fargo or otherwise loose a 30 year customer like my dad. He will be calling your customer service for a complaint as well..

Long waits in line. Doesn't answer phones. Can't make an app online. Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to EECU.

This is my most visited branch for my business transactions. Very little or no wait time.

Good bank I think it's better service than all others
