Bank of America Financial Center W Shaw Ave, Fresno

This is by far the worst Bank of America waited in line for 30 min only two tellers while all the customers could see 5 to 6 gentlemen behind the counter talking walking by and and not asking the customers what they needed after waiting getting up to the counter they tell me they can’t do what I wanted I needed to talk to a banker and the bankers were all busy I told them I needed it today I don’t have the time to do it tomorrow and after telling them no it won’t work I need it today I made it known it needed to be taken care finally they told me to take a seat where the most amazing banker helped me Rajinder is the only reason that made my day any better...... the rest of this Bank of America should learn a thing from him and maybe realize the customers are what’s important and need to be taken care of almost was about ready to take my business elsewhere but Rajinder saved the day.

Do not open the business account here I opened it and the always hold my check even with little amount they take 10 days to release the check

Date 10/29/2018 about 9:30am-Where to start with this place, poor customer service, they denied give you change if you don’t have a business account I guess $1,000 is to much for them, even if you have a account they tell you no because YOU NEED A BUSINESS ACCOUNT to get change from there , I don’t know if this guy was a Manager there but really rude when I ask for his business card he throw it at me, keep getting people like this Bank of America I guess your background check is not that hard if you hire people with the kind of behavior and customer service

Its good but lines get long and they only have two tellers, they should hire more at each teller spot that is empty and then it'd be a 5 star place

My elderly mother has had an account there for many years, and they have always been very kind & curteous in helping us resolve the small issues that we have had, in a prompt & efficient manner.

Really bad bank to bank with I went to do a wire transfer and there is one banker they said the wait is one hour or even could take longer And most of the time they line is out of the door and there is only one teller

Waited 40 min in line and they said their machine is down. Friendly staff not their fault but I'm still dissatisfied. Get it replaced!

worst branch ever! very poor customer service every time we go there need to stand in line minimum of 30 mins max 1 hour!!! need to hire more people out there. very bad customer service

Always took over 45 minutes to meet the teller .... they have 5 counter for teller & they just used 2 ovem...worst bank in the town ..

Granted, it's Saturday but this branch obviously doesn't care about staffing appropriately and I'm waiting on the side for a personal banker and there are 7 of us waiting here for 30 minutes now...
