    This was on 06/22/21 I would like to take the time to Recognize Jose for helping with an issue with my Debt card that was rejecting my transactions this weekend that passed and thank you to Jose he resolved the issue with my card and his generosity was outstanding.     This EECU has friendly service. Always has been. A few negatives, the ATM is unable to accept cash for deposits ( this happens frequently) The ATM at this location seems dated compared to other banks. When depositing cash inside EECU’s doesn’t have a cash counter. It takes a bit longer to count cash.

    I went by today with my two daughters. My 4 year old and my 20 month old. Let me tell you, Susie helped me with what I needed done which was to open my checking account again and she is so wonderful! She was great with my kids and with me. She made the experience fun and filled with humor. Such great attitude. My kids LOVED her. The way she spoke to her coworkers was great also. She just makes you feel really positive with her because she has such a positive attitude. Before I sat down to do my course she made sure my daughters were occupied right next to me and not giving me a hard time before she left back to her desk. Every single employee I interacted with or noticed my daughter's were very friendly and so welcoming to my kids. They each interacted with my daughters. I had to do a course which was difficult because my daughters were giving me a hard time but the employees made it no big deal and gave me a hand here and there especially Sherry and Susie. I couldn't believe how helpful they were. I honestly wanted to cry from all their kindness with helping me with my daughters. I've never seen any place like it. Sherry at the front desk was great also. Everyone just is so positive and welcoming. Sherry and Susie made sure to check on me throughout my course to make sure I was okay and didn't need anything. I would definitely recommend anyone here. I've been banking here for years and they've been great with me.

    Went on Christmas Eve to deposit money into the atm ( guilty of late Xmas shopping), only to have the atm take my money, kick out a receipt with a technical error, and now I have to wait a month to get my money back. This isn’t the first time these atms have been horrible, countless mistakes and errors, always down or having problems. Try and reach out to customer service only to be mocked and rushed off the phone. Really disappointed with this branch and location. Definitely changing banks after this.

    Inconvenient hours of operation. Closing at 5pm makes impossible for those of us with day jobs to get teller services. Needed to cash a check and wanted to open an account, but after racing from work to the bank just isn't worth it for me. Locations are sparse . I do not want to go downtown for a short transaction, only to waste time finding parking. No Thank you.

    Took my Mom. She had made an appointment for notary service. When the guard found out he went inside and talked with someone and we were allowed in. Several times I have been with Mom and the staff have always neen very polite.
