We went in to get a withdrawal and the teller was extremely rude. He clearly did not want to be there. We told him the amount we needed and he gave us an exasperated look then said, "You're taking all my big bills." I chuckled thinking it was a joke and he said, "I'm not laughing." He was rude throughout the rest of the transaction. I think the craziest part of it was that the woman teller two places down was exemplary. Kind, friendly, good customer service. If I'd been helped by her instead of the rude man, I might have given this a different review. Thankfully there are other branches nearby so I won't have to go back here ever again.

I love this bank. The nicest people ever. I went yesterday to get a loan and thank God I was approved. Conrad is the Best !!! He has opened several accounts for me and several loans too. He brings me luck ever time I'm here. I have been to the other Wells Fargo banks in Bradenton. The one on 41 is a horrible bank. Rude people. Poor customer service. This is the go to place ! In this Covid time , the manager was not helpful at all , wanted to cash a wells fargo check from my business account , she said she couldn't do from outside and have to get in and showing exactly the same ID to be able to cash a check . What you can do from inside , can't from outside ? Doesn't make sense at all . I went to an another branch and the teller told me we have to send a code on your phone to able to cash your check ' Got my Dollar . The manager of this branch needs to improve her bank knowledge !!

Was told over the phone I don’t need an appointment for notary services here. Second time I have come in to do a deed transfer, so need a notary and they were busy with appointments. Serious?!?!?! So you don’t allow me to make an appointment on the phone than I go and it’s busy with appointments. Side note, the tellers were always nice at this branch.

Went there and got the wells fargo active cash card, asked question upon question and went over everything with them, just to find out the lied about the $200 dollar rewards, poor banking
