Usually I have great interactions with your tellers but today was the worst customer service I have seen at a bank. I would never open an account at this branch with customer service this bad. I never do ratings.... but this one was just wrong.

John Lang and his team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. John goes the extra mile when it comes to client service, and I can always count on him to get things done quickly and efficiently. Being in the financial industry myself, I know how important it is to be able to trust and rely on your banker for good service and great advice. With John, you get both.
