I called the customer service number on a Monday morning at 7am. I had issues with my debit & credit card. Jade was the best! She put my mind at ease & helped me with all my problems. This is the best banking institution in person, online or on the phone.

I opened a business account with this bank and am very unhappy. They put a 9-business day hold on every check you deposit for the first 30 days after you open your account! It's pretty hard to believe this bank can't figure out if a check is good from a local bank for this long. To make matters even worse, I was told only the first check was held for 9 business days which wasn't even correct. I feel that people should know about this before considering banking here. This rule really impedes your ability to conduct business after you join.

We moved from Oregon to Florida this last June and we chose Suncoast Credit Union as our local bank. We could not be happier! Since joining this Credit Union, we have had many small and large interactions, and always received stellar service. While the staff at this location show personal concern, they are also fast and efficient. Latisha has helped us multiple times, and each time she has blown us away. She is professional, efficient, competent and kind. Like the other staff at this location, she always feel like she cares personally about us and our business. This kind of service will keep us as loyal customers.

We tried since 3 days to transfer an IRA CD to this place. Our Bank, where the CD will be coming from, was very helpful. However the personal from Suncoast CU will just not produce the correct document for the transfer. They do not understand the difference between a Transfer and a Rollover!

After retiring and moving to Florida, I wanted to find a bank or credit union to open an account with. One thing led to another and I am now with Suncoast Credit Union and couldn't be happier! Different employees via their branch, phone service and mobile app have been very helpful and courteous. Thank you Suncoast for excellent customer service !

Went in to open a new account for my teen, waited 50+ minutes before an employee came out to a full waiting room to say they're short staffed and will be with us soon. I refused to wait any longer and walked out. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Really disappointed with this branch. Long waits every time. I drive to the 57th ave branch now where i can walk in and out instead of waiting half hour to be told that the card machine is broke and that i was left waiting for nothing only to return the next day to find 5 people waiting on the list the first one had been waiting for a half hour! I decided to wait and after a half hour the people in front still hadnt been helped! They waited over an hour easy! Tired of waiting myself i drove to the 57th ave branch where i was in and out in less then 15 mintues.
