Mr Jeffery In the drive thru is the best. Always professional and friendly. There have been occasions when I'd have to visit other locations...but it's not the same. Personally I'm not the biggest fan of wells fargo as a whole. But it's people like Jeff on the front line that make the difference

Not a good service and professional stuffs they have always a lot of excuse.during the Covid-19 time they brought the excuse to me just for faxing three pieces of wells Fargo papers that it takes only few seconds to be fax.they were trying to give me an appointment just for dropping and faxing wells Fargo papers which is funny i don't need to talk with the personal banker. Then i decided to drive to another wells Fargo branch in downtown Alexandria which they were so welcoming and no appointment was needed. Now you can see what are differences between those people that they want to help customers nd those people like this branch stuffs that just want to looks important for customers.

They will not let non-account holders use the drive-through, so I had to walk in with my two-month-old and my two-year-old, who were both going crazy. That is not courteous. Terrible, rude, inconsiderate.

I have used Wells Fargo since 1994 ! Excellent , honest service , terrific security measures to keep your account safe , great employee staff! Knowledgeable , professional , very helpful if you have a problem , would rate it a ten if option provided!

When I visit the Wells Fargo bank and am greeted by a great employee named Jeffrey who works at the drive thru I receive amazing service. He is always attentive and welcoming. He always goes above and beyond to help me fulfill my duties. Wells Fargo should hire more employees like him.

Bad service, rude staff.! I felt that they did not want to attend me, many excuses. I think it takes no more than an hour to open an account. in fact I felt that they forgot to schedule the appointment for me. 👎🏻 I’ll go to another branch where the attention is better and I may have solutions.

Always a bad experience at this location. No sense of urgency within the staff. Every time I come there’s a line out the door with just 1 teller. On top of that, they are just plain rude. Majority of the staff has absolutely no customer service skills. I’d for sure go to a different branch if it were closer.

For some reason...on this specific day...I wasn’t treated fairly as the other customers. Everything was okay until I was told to sit in the waiting area to open a bank account. While I was waiting, the greeting lady asked nicely if I was okay and I told her yes and that I was waiting for one of the people to assist me. She said “okay” and that’s where things went downhill. She let everyone in the waiting area go ahead of me for an hour and she didn’t even bother to check on me. Sure, miscommunication happens but how can you honestly ignore someone for an HOUR? I guess you ask one time and your job is done? Anyways...it was finally my turn...once the waiting area was EMPTY. The other lady (that assisted me with opening an account) knew that I was waiting there for a while because she mentioned it and barely made eye contact with me while talking to me. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to open one because supposedly I need to bring my social. Anyways, I will try again tomorrow only because this is the closest bank to me... :(

Today I received my statement, they changed my interest rate. So disappointed! I called customer service, they said that was promotion. Well, they didn’t say this when the guy told me that if my account has more than 25 thousand on my account, I can get 1.5 interest rate like this. Now they changed, I might stop to deposit the money from them.
