Truist S Van Dorn St, Alexandria

This branch need to retrain their employees. They lack in customer service and the way I was treated today was ridiculous.

This branch needs a new branch manager they have two tellers and two branch bankers while this other lady pretending to answer phone calls. Your staff is struggling and there in a bank full of people forget the phone calls and help. This was just a hot mess.

The worse service ever! I was trying to give them a chance since they are Truist! But is no way! The service is very bad ! I prefer to go to another location even if I have to drive 5 more minutes!

I normally don't write reviews for anything. Needed to close on a home and need to do a wire transfer. Lady at the desk told me that the "wire transfer closes at 4". I went home and immediately called another branch, and the other branch said that is false information. The employee here literally lied in front of my face. Everybody there looks like they just want to get through to the end of the day, and they don't care about what impact they would have to other people's lives. Looks like from the other review here the people in this branch literally do not know how to do wire transfer. Good thing my home settlement date is on another date, because if it was on the same day, this person would've cost me losing my home and potentially thousands of dollars.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received from the lady named Azeb, stank look and attitude all over her face, needs to be retrained and talked to about her customer service skills.

Terrible service waited in line for 40 mins they need more employees this is crazy and the line was getting blinker and longer

Worse branch ever. The manager is so rude and so is the brunch banker. She was so rude and has no manners. Horrible service all around. They Never solve the problem they just put you on hold for 20+min and tell you to call the 800 number! Ugh

I could have rated zero if it were possible. In January 2018, I closed my bb&t checking and security credit card accounts. I sent them a notiralized letter and copy of my ids, as requested, to close my accounts.They sent me the money in my checking account but they still didnt send my money in my security credit card.

It's the worse BB&T and the worse person and service I never had in my life is Mayai she's very rude and not professional at all today I was in the agency and she was on the phone in personal conversation and she saw me waiting for her then she went to talk to the manager and when I asked another person about how can I do a international transfer she went to ask Mayai and she didn't even came to to pride me the info I need and all what they say they don't know ... so how they are providing service , I Always have to go to another branch far from my location . That person Mayai is the worse it should be a control on people like that
