    Wells Fargo beltline and Preston was very helpful. Buckner and garland Rd told me we to scan a qr code to make an appointment. I won't be back there if Preston can't solve my problem I will look for another bank

    I have been trying for days to find a way to set up an appointment so I can access my safety deposit box. No one responds to anything and the website app is also not helpful as it won't list appointments for this branch since it is closed. any advice?

    Out of no where this branch decided to be temporarily closed, no prior notice sent to customers. Our safe deposit boxes are there and for almost 3 days now I am trying to call or email to try and access my deposit box but in vein.

    I have a video of the Hispanic lady (manager) was laughing because Wells Fargo had system issues and people concern about there money. The other banker told me her email was more important. The branch manager on vacation and I can't believe the customer service (Well Fargo) horrible bank. As soon as the branch manager come back I'm going to release this video

    I recently had a check deposited into my account, Kimmieth ( he was very kind) helped me with that, but I have 2 different accounts. He deposited into the wrong one. I didn't noticed until I checked my account a few minutes later. I called the store for help and a Hispanic lady answered the phone saying that there was nothing she could do about it, and she hanged up on me. I called again, same lady answered the phone I asked her name and She was like: you don't need my name! I was like what?? What kind of customer service is this? Terrible!! This lady was very rude, she refused to give me her name. She hanged up twice. I called again and Faviola (diferent lady) answered the phone I asked for a supervisor and she said that there is NO supervisor. This is ridiculous!

    Teller was mean and had an attitude when came in to get change for my business however I don’t have a business account but I do have a personal account with you guys still have me a dirty look. Praise the Lord I don’t have my business account with them.

    This bank is awful don’t come in to make a deposit and need any coins back they have to go get someone to get you change. I would get it if I needed roiled coins but I’m talking about 61 cents. What bank teller doesn’t have two quarters, one dime and a penny. Took an extra 10 minutes to get 61 cents in change.
