    Stay away!!!!!!!!’I have been with this bank since the 90’s. I have several accounts , mortgage, savings, CD’s , and checking account. My son who just moved here and got a new job needed to cash his payroll check. Not a large amount. I have had a long time savings account with a substantial balance that has not changed in many years. The manager refused to cash my sons check. I asked if he could sign it over to me and they said no. I asked to have him added to my account but I would have to come back and make an appointment. Very surprised and disappointed.

    This bank is always surprising me with fees. My account will be fine, I’ll check it online and nothing is pending and then later on, I’ll get a message that my account is in the negative and when I log back in, things that had ALREADY POSTED are back in pending with fees that put me in the negative ($35 fee for charge bouncing” and since I’m in the negative from their fee, everything else coming in bounces and accrues a fee. I end up paying all their fees, even though I really don’t feel like it’s fair because my account was in good standing and if they hadn’t have pulled cleared items back, it would be fine. Anyways, then my mom passed away and I take the life insurance check in and they only allow me $200 out of $100k and the rest is gonna he held for 10 business days, because my account frequently goes in the negative and I have to pay fees to fix it. Are you kidding me????? As soon as this check clears, I’m taking my money and I’m leaving this bank.

    I have been banking here since 1993 While I mostly do online banking I recently opened a business account and now have to go to the bank. The tellers and staff are friendly and professional. The one thing I have never liked about this Bank is it's location next to Smith's and the traffic flow which is awful. But I have learned to park in the back of the building if I have to do business inside the bank.

    Despite some negative feedback grim family and friends about the bank, I chose to try them. 2yrs later, I no longer bank with this bank or any WF. 2 years of bank errors, almost monthly - approx an hour or more to resolve each time, teller issues not verifying info, surprise fees on account the last 4 months that were never there before this, no one is willing to take accountability, customer service via phone is at the least very poor, and recent changes in Who can make a deposit had created allot of inconvenience for me. All that has been mentioned, and all that has not been mentioned, is the reason I no longer bank with WF.

    This is my first attempt to contact WF in Rio Rancho, NM. I am moving here from another state. The phone was not answered for about 10 rings. Then an automated voice said "the bankers at this location can't answer you call at this time." Then I got the option of pressing a # for "service", at which point the "can't answer..." statement was repeated and the automated system hung up. It was 1:30pm on a Thursday. This is unacceptable!

    I've been banking here at this location since 2006 and with Wells Fargo since 1989. I have always had excellent service and the tellers are very friendly. No complaints!

    They're great as long as you don't rely on mobile or online banking to check account balances and transactions. it's important to be able to do while running a business I was actually hung up on by their automated system. WOW!

    Isn't it funny how people only put bad stuff and never go online when there's good stuff to say.... So it makes a business seem bad. But this particular Wells Fargo is by my boyfriend's house and since i live in Las Cruces, when I'm here in Rio rancho, I go here often to deposit my half of my rent into my nieces account so she can pay the rent... Everyone here is nice, polite and very helpful. I've never once got a weird look or the third degree why I was making this deposit. Every bank has problems and of course issues come up, but this bank has good ppl. I also banked with Wells Fargo in California for almost 10 years... Completely satisfied!!

    Showed up at 5:48 on a Friday. All lanes of drive-thru showed closed so I went inside. Apparently they were closed because they were all playing with a baby back behind the counter. Not too happy that my business was not as important.

    This is the worst bank I have ever banked with and the workers at this location are the worst they have no customer service skills at all!!!! I am closing my account due to all the issues they seem to come up with so that I can't get my banking done!!!! Never again!!!!
