I frequent visit this branch and I usually get very delightful service . Lauren was the teller today and she was very cold , no hello,no thank you or nothing ,but I noticed the couple of her same race before me .she was highly nice and displayed much customer service.she didn’t even put my money in an envelope , My black tail definitely will be moving my account to another bank

There are 6 workers in the back and only one working, one on her phone, one looking things up unrelated to banking, one on the phone, one actually workin, one asking another one about her hours in front of everyone, then walks off to try to help the one that is working and gets called back cause she didn’t finish what she was saying, totally unprofessional with a 7 people in line waiting to be helped

Been in this line over an hour. Really an inconvenience. Older white manager female who talks real ghetto walking around outside not doing a thing. Y’all corporate should really help staff this location . There customer service ain’t what it use to be. Sadd

I have an account there and my sister wanted to deposit cash in my account, the teller said she can’t deposit. Why is that? I called Customerservice and they said there shouldn’t be problem. So why that teller declined her 2 times ? If this will not change i will close my account there.

I use this bank because my company I work for banks with them. My goodness I have been dropping off deposits to the bank for 3 years and it is extremely slow customer service. And at times the bank isn’t even that busy. If you go on a Friday it’s best you get there at 9am or you will be waiting for up to 15 plus minutes for any service. The black woman at the drive thru window with the glasses is the most speedy and efficient I love dealing with her! Not to mention she has outstanding customer service. Everyone else counts like the age of a toddler it seems. And for this bank to be on a busier side of town you would a more efficient Pace would be ideal.

Slowest bank I've ever seen. I have to deposit checks here for a work account along with 4 other Banks. I can go into my other banks to make multiple deposits quicker than I can get one deposit done at the Wells Fargo drive thru. Literally spend 10+ minutes in line when they aren't busy. I would never use them for my personal banking. Wrote this review as I was sitting on line after I had already spent 10 minutes waiting with only one car ahead of me.

I waited in drive thru for 55 minutes on Tom Hill Blvd Wells Fargo. This should never happen on a Tuesday. Know your customer base and provide good efficient service. Pandemic is no excuse. All the more reason to employee more people.

I was stuck out of town and my husband tried to deposit money in my account and they wouldn’t accept it because he’s not a Wells Fargo member. They were rude to him in the branch. I called to find out information and the women who works at this branch didn’t even let me finish asking questions before she hung up on me. I will be closing my account immediately and moving to another bank where they can appreciate their customers.

Your employees are not hungry enough. Do you ever notice the customer will give a new employee a break if the employee screws up. Do you ever notice how you can almost always tell when an employee is new. They will move slower than usual but they have that look in their eye that tells you that they are happy to be there and they will go above and beyond the call of duty. These people almost always give you a good experience. You end up talking to them more than you expected and they will leave an impression on you. I am not saying fire all your employees, but this location seems to lack people with that can do attitude. Surprisingly, while in the bank bringing what I would say is non-preferable business to the bank, I had an experience with the type of person that leaves that type of impression. This person seems to exist outside the average employee. I am in sales and I can generally spot a person spouting follow the script type customer service. Mrs. Tookes was exceptional. Be prepared to wait forever. Got about 7 employees here.. only 2 are actually working... 1 at the drive thru the other at the counter. Sad business model and glad I personally bank at Robins, have been trying to get my work to switch banks for FOREVER.
