    23 years as a customer. Worst customer service experience at any Wells Fargo branch ever. So bad we nearly closed our account. Spoke with Branch Manager and it became obvious why this branch has such issues. Incredible how awful this branch conducts its business.

    Appointment system that doesn’t really work. Waiting and waiting UPDATE Agent was very apologetic, helpful and enjoyed great service. Sorry for quick judging!

    This has become the worst branch. Needs new management and employees. I understand pandemic excuses but the world has gone back to normal but wells fargo still struggling. N top of it all they have one atm which never works and when it does the line wraps around the bank. Put additional walk up atms outside. Moving personal and business accounts away from wells after 20 years. Can’t wait to be rid of them.

    This is undoubtedly the slowest drive thru banking location around. I have sat next in line for 25 minutes while they process the order in front of me. It is consistently slow. If you have an option visit a different Wells Fargo. The staff do not excel at customer service here.

    We will never give our services to this branch location again. Karla is the Branch Manger is very unprofessional. To treat a customer the way she did me over phone is unacceptable. Talking over the customer and not allowing the customer to talk. I have never spoke with someone so unprofessional. She would not stop talking and went as far to tell me if I did not allow her to talk she would disconnect the call. First of all, listen to my concerns and allow me to ask what I want- I AM THE CUSTOMER. Without customers we need to understand, we do not have jobs. Customers are key to success. Karla mentioned I am not a authorized signer so I do not make the decisions as if that meant my concerns did not matter, and due to her behavior today I am seriously thinking about closing our account and having our accounting department transfer it back to Bank of America. Customer service is everything and this type of Management should not be allowed. I would appreciate it if this is handled. I will be escalating my concerns so she can get the coaching and training needed.

    Horrible customer service at this location. Edit. This branch continues to have absolutely horrible customer service. Getting sick of Wells Fargo. A valid photo ID with all correct and matching information to cannot get you cash from this bank's tellers. So go two feet and pull it out of the ATM.

    I don't normally leave many reviews, but this is one I had to share. A situation had come up recently that made me seriously consider leaving Wells Fargo for good. Frustrated with their 1800 customer service team, I went to this branch and had the good fortune to run into James O' Malley. Within a few days he helped me with one of my accounts. If you need a knowledgeable banker who goes out of his way to help his clients, he's your guy.

    If you have a job you have rules and policies you have to abide by. It's not fair for you to give one star because a person would not break those rules or policies, or potentially lose their job to please you. Be patient, It could be you on the other end one day, and you wouldn't want someone to go on Google give you 1 star and call you rude because you're abiding by the rules and policies of your job.     Not the best place to go if you need to use the ATM even 6+ months ago it was the same. Three times out off the four times I've used the ATM it wasn't working with no signs saying so. If you need to use ATM please look elsewhere before you take the drive here if not you are wasting tone and gas to drive to ATM.

    Slow, slow, slow. When eight customers can facilitate their own transactions through a drive-thru ATM quicket than it takes a teller/bank employee to process a ONE transaction through the drive-thru bank there's an issue. Unbelievable.
