    Simply put: this site is unprofessionally managed and reps are rude. When asked for more details, just on face, they asked me to go to different branch. They are asking for documents that’s are not mandatory on BoA site. Please avoid this branch

    Waste of time. Don't go to this branch if you want to deal with Bank of America. Rude manager. Amazed how they are running the show with bad workers. The person I spoke with was not very helpful, and I told her that no doubt you have so many negative reviews on google. She said "whatever" and brushed off. Then she told me that I am not being nice to tell her that there are negative feedback on google and she would disconnect. I said no you cannot disconnect. I was just trying to get clarification and she did not answer any of my questions. Needs training by Bank of America... send them all for customer training.. Horrible experience.... continued... the Branch Manager is sleeeeepppping!!

    I made a deposit thru the ATM on Friday 7/12/19 before 5:00pm (the wait in the lobby is always too long). My funds will be available until 7/23/19 because the funds were put on "Hold". I am now used to wait 2-3days for the ckeck to be cleared, even though is from the same bank!. But this time the hold is way too long, and their excuses are ridiculous! Is very upsetting and Noone seems to care. All they tell you is: get direct deposit, or go inside cash it, and then make a deposit. They try to blame my employer, but the funds were cleared right away. Because we have the same bank. Maybe if, the wait wasn't too long, i would consider to go inside. did i also mention that this branch does not offer drive thru services. My advice: don't waist your time calling or going to this branch!. In reality this happens often to many of us, and not only in this branch.

    Several of the relationship managers here at this branch are very disrespectful to middle-class families. With the recent news of them trying to screw over hard-working families it should come as no surprise. I tried to apply for a cash-out refinance of my primary home to help with my daughter's college. The banker took one look at our tax returns and pretty much told us that we shouldn't even bother applying because our income was too low. It would be a waste of her time! She was disrespectful and condescending. She even suggested we try payday lenders if we were really desperate for money! I couldn't believe it. I hope they really get a fix on their attitude. Sorry if we're not all wealthy clients to help pad your bottom line. There are actual hard-working Americans that need help. I will not be going to this branch ever again.

    On July 13, 2018, my estranged wife forged my signature on Bank of America documents to remove me off of our mutual checking and savings accounts and stole my entire life savings. The bank manager and her employees, help her by notarizing a forged signature without my knowledge or any forms of identification. Fort Bend County sheriff's office was called and report given to the DA, they admitted they messed up, but are refusing to compensate me for my loss. The manager hid the identity of the employee that notarized the fake paperwork, but now I have the full police report and will filing charges on all involved.

    The Worst Service, wait time of 2 hours to do a simple Bank of America to Bank of America wire transfer. 11 employees working but only one person could do the transfer, all the rest of the employees standing around doing nothing while I had to wait 2 hours for that one employee to finish up to do the transfer!

    As soon as I walked in Daniel greeted me and guided me to his desk. I had 568946 different things I needed and he handled them all so quickly. Usually when you need to dispute a charge they tell you it’s easier to call but he didn’t tell me that and I was so thankful. I was pleasantly surprised. Hopefully he sees this, Thank you so much!!!
