    This is by far the worst I been to this bank. This location need to have people that care about their customers. Going through the drive-thru I recieved no greeting during the whole transition. And it took over 30 minutes for a deposit...which was insane.

    Where do I begin? Never adequately staffed on Fridays & Saturdays. VP is never available or in branch. Teller sup is almost unbearable to speak with. Always a long wait to see a representative. ALWAYS two or three tellers being overworked on the line no matter how busy which is ridiculous. whoever is over this branch needs to take a serious look into management and how things are being ran. Oceanway deserves better!

    Worst place ever. If you've other options, avoid this place. Had to wait in one line to get signed up to wait more. Finally Milena comes into the waiting room and made very awkward attempts at small talk. Finally getting to business I answered her questions, she then spends a good three minutes clicking and typing. Then asked the same questions and seemed shocked that I would be annoyed by this. She'd ask a question but not listen to the answer.

    Pulled up at 4:50 to cash a check for 1,200 which I’ve done hundreds of times. After a 15 minute wait I get asked “what is this check for” even though it’s none of his business. Make me wait again and then tell me they have to put a 3 day hold on the check and can’t give me cash?! It’s a shame the laziness that occurs at this place every day. You just lost a whole family of members who’ve been banking with you for 20 years.

    Adam Scott is very impersonable. When I walked in he greeted me, but it seemed forced. I began to tell him what I was there for and he continued to look past me. He also shouted, "Have a nice day", to another customer after they had already said goodbye to each other once, while I was talking. As I was helping myself at the kiosk, I noticed that he traveled from behind the front desk to a different area in the bank to personally greet another customer. The only good thing that came out of today's visit was that he faxed my bank statements.

    I have never banked with anyone whose atm is down as much as theirs is. Sometimes it's completely down. Sometimes you can't withdraw. And this is the only bank and atm for about 20 mins.

    I pulled out $100 from their ATM and then trying to get change from them was told I couldn't due to not having an account. I have never had a bank not provide change for $20 bills before. There is no reason to not provide a simple service to any one who could be a potential customer

    Tellers are very nice but there is only one sometime two working the countier on a Friday. I don't blame them . It's the manager or whomever doing the schedule of employees. Then I tried to get a car loan witch I was denied with my good credit & steady pay . I own my own business and have been banking with them for 8 years so don't understand why. I go to the acura dealer and guess who they financed me thru ? Yep vystar. Makes sense right? If I wasn't so busy I would refinance thru someone else.

    It’s a Friday afternoon 2 tellers and the line inside is to the door . The drive in is just as bad only one person working the outside. But there plenty of people standing around chatting with each other. This has happened on multiple occasions.

    I tried to open an account online they told me my account didn't have enough to cover the deposit which wasn't true then on their end said I didn't fill out everything, called them explained the situation the guy apologized and had me come in , I come in and the lady was rude and said that I because my license didn't match my current address I needed something with my current address on it , I handed her an Insurance check and showed her my chime bank account , still said that wasn't good enough it has to be a utility bill ,I explained that being disabled I currently live with my parents and didn't have one ,she I formed me what I had to prove wasn't good enough !
