After talking to two different representatives, I finally got through to this branch and got a hold of the assistant branch manager. I simply just need a credit the night before the morning of my direct deposit. I give these people my hard earned money faithfully through direct deposit and I can’t get any help. I am in a crisis situation and was turned down. Why? Because even though they could see a history of being with them 5 years I have gotten my checks deposited into my accounts, they didn’t see a pending deposit for the next morning. The assistant manager told me they could not do it. This is the world we live in. Thank you for showing your support to the fellow service members. I’ve served my country and I can’t even get any credit for that. Literally. Thank you for no help! That’s the holiday spirit. To this branch and it’s management team, you are in the business to make money, not to help people and service members. I was in need, and you all failed. Terrible branch.

Been dealing with branch exclusively for over 4 yes. Been an account holder since 1982. Walked in with my paycheck for $2550.67.. Same names in the check this whole 4+ yrs. I have multiple accounts (savings, checking, CD, credit card, etc) and they could on deposit my check and hold until Monday 0000 before funds became available. As a working father of 3 and my bride, I cannot wait 4 days to go grocery shopping or put gas in my vehicle.. Their maximum limit is $2500 on same day deposit... Makes no sense... After calling corporate asking for help, I was informed each branch is independent and their was nothing they could do... $50.67 keeps me from having grocery money. Utterly disgraceful... Time to find a new bank

We tried opening an account for my son and the lady at the front told us by law he had to be 14. This is not true. Then she told him "you're irresponsible and will spend money you don't have." We're in the process of finding a new bank for all of our accounts.

I wanted to take the time today and acknowledge Sharleen at the Rivercity CU she was sooooo nice and took time with me and my daughter, then we was about to leave my husband wanted to open up an account she took the time and open the account when they had a lot of people in the waiting area. I just love the fact that she took the time with us it was not rushed and she gave my daughter some pointers about her new credit card. Thank you soooo much Sharleen your the best. 👍

This location is the worst on customer service! The tellers are not friendly at all. Even after speaking to the manager it even got worse. No focus on military and veterans at all. The ceo might need to check into this location. I would have all of them attend a customer service class on being nice!

I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. They have numerous locations and this one is perfect for me. I wish they funded loans for investment properties but hopefully, that is in their future.
