The customer service is always great but they pay very little for your items and items they do have are too expensive.

Don’t appreciate Ryan’s sarcastic remarks over the phone. I can’t speak for anyone else but don’t deal with that guy that’s for sure. Update: Greg followed up with me this morning to discuss my experience. I hope to not have to deal with anything like that again but the fact that they reach out and talk to customers shows that they care.

These guys are amazing, I came in looking for some cables for my DVD player. The guy ended up giving it to me for free. I love there costomer service.

Great pawn shop i bought two rifles and i had them in hand within 9 days and great service turns out i forgot to date the background check and they gave me a call and were very friendly about it no you forgot to they were very nice about accepting guilt even though they were not guilty so long story short i had to stop in and date the forms and i was on my way hassle free

One of the worst pawn shops I've been to. They give you the worst deals! They have some good prices on snowboards though!

I bought a cordless drill here and it worked pretty good. Will end up needing a new battery eventually however it was priced right all things considered

Decent and varied selection available in good quality. Great place for multimedia entertainment (especially DVD, records, instruments), and also plenty of great looking bicycles/sports equipment.

Staff is great , management on the other hand should be replaced they low balled me on a gun which is worth significantly more than the one i was trying to get. I get you need to make profit but that slap in the face.

I've never used a pawn shop for a loan on my PS4, staff was nice, I lost my ticket and they were willing to look up my stuff.
