VeraBank N Gray St, Killeen

I am Paul Bailey owner of killeen affordable cleaning. Ive been at this bank for 5 years this bank use to be a good bank. That i would recommend to anyone. But not anymore the bank has pore customer services. Even has gone as far as telling me i cant smoke cigarettes in my own car. The bank tellers are rude and unprofessional. Mr. walker i quess he is the bank manger has told me if i dont like the tellers colse my accounts and move my business some weres else. And whats so bad about all this is that the owner of the bank Miss beck. Is a older lady that wants a good bank with good coustmer services but because she is old the do it behind her back and hide it from her. Then the bank teller tells me to day to fill out my own deposit slip that uper management said not to prvide that service to me anymore. Please Do not start a business account at this bank.

i personally plan on closing the acct soon. The past month ive been hit when 3 overdraft fees and everytime i go inside to see what the issue is i get a different excuse and how they explain the reason it doesn't make sense. I just went in Monday to bring my acct to current and left just $9 in the acct i haven't used it all week and here it is friday and i see its -$67??? And yet of course when i call the 1800 # that is open 24/7 im told the systems are down and cant access my acct of course. I personally wouldn't bank with them unless ur retired with extra money that can take care of unexplained over draft fee's

Really was a pleasant atmosphere. The tellers were smiling and helpful. The only drawback is the lobby is closed on Saturday.The Stan Schlueter Loop location could take some customer service classes from them.

This Bank has an amazing customer service and products, from the tellers to Yecenia the best Manager I’ve ever deal ever. Great people, keep it up guys !

Been with this bank for 5 years. The tellers are very kind and help with any problem. Had to talk to the bank owner once and was very understanding and helped me.

You have the incorrect signage for weapons on your property. I was asked to put my weapon in my vehicle. You need a 30:06 which is no concealed carry and or 30:07 which is no open carry. You can be fined by Texas DPS for having a non Tx issued sign.
