    Lone Star Realty has been our rental management company since we moved out in December of 2014. We could not be more satisfied with the way they handle our house and tenants. Their semi-annual inspections assure our house is being taken care of.

    HORRIBLE REALTY PROPERTY. MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!! I rented here for TWO YEARS!!! Multiple things were wrong with the property, I put in MULTIPLE work orders, maintenance NEVER CAME OUT to fix the issues, but CONTINUED to say they would send someone out. When it was time to PCS, I turned in my orders, and they charged me A WHOLE EXTRA MONTHS RENT, WHEN I WAS ALREADY LOVING IN A DIFFERENT STATE!!!!!! Which is pretty much illegal. THEN ON TOP OF THAT, Upon moving out I cleaned the house top to bottom, EXCEEDING the cleaning standards, again I’m in the military and know how to clean, and they tried to charge COPIOUS AMOUNTS of money for “cleaning costs” when I left that house in a EXCEPTIONALLY CLEANER THEN WHEN I MOVED IN AND HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT!!!!!!! They are also trying to charge “repair costs” when they’re the ones that never repaired ANYTHING WHEN I PUT IN WORK ORDERS FOR THE ITEMS!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST MILITARY MEMBERS!!!!!! Would give this place zeros stars if it was an option. SERIOUSLY, this is a money hungry establishment and all should avoid. It isn’t worth it.

    Daniel Sellers is a DICK!!!!! Worse customer service, rude, sloppy, and unprofessional. They rent roach infested properties and never fix the problem and try to charge like it your fault. Quick fixs and short term results on your dime. The ladies in the front are very nice and sweet but it doesnt make up for the company's lack of professionalism and service. They dont keep there tenants first and only worried about making dime off frivolous charges.

    I will be brief as possible, but my comment today is to Simply express my disbelief in how you treat you tenants.My daughter is a single parent and while residing on your property. Your maintenance man has entering into her apartment many times witout notification prior to his going into her home. My daughter resides in that apartment with her 2 young daughters. There was one time when he entered into the property while her 2 babies were alone causing them both to run up to their bedroom and hid under their beds, fearing that there was an intruder entering into their home. No child should ever be afraid in the privacy their own home. After my daughter informed your rental office of this. The response she received was simply that they have the right to come into that property whenever they feel they need to enter that property. As a matter of fact I believe that is clearly illegal.I find this situation to be very disturbing and I would hope that you would protect all your residences Concerned parent,

    Hello Mary, We are sorry to hear that your daughter and grandchildren do not feel safe in their home. While you are bringing to light what is and isn't legal, I would hope that your grand babies are of the appropriate age to be left at home alone as that in itself should be a concerning matter if they are not. Your daughter signed a TAA lease that clearly and in detail lists in section '28' under "While you are living in the apartment" the boundaries of a repairman, service man, contractor, government representative, lender, appraiser, perspective resident, buyer, insurance agent, and or any other persons authorized to enter the apartment. We will not enter unless prompted by things such as but not limited to -an inspection -a work order request/repair -a complaint - suspicious activity -or an appraisal for sale of the building All of the instances listed above are not required to give a written notice but here at Lone Star we do our best to make any tenant living in the apartment aware that we will be visiting the property either by written notice or notices posted in an online tenant portal.     Horrible to Rent From!!!!!! These people are crooks! They find every excuse to keep your entire deposit. If you rent from them, I do not recommend spending ANY money to have it professionally cleaned, they'll still keep a good portion of your deposit. I had the place professionally cleaned, the carpet cleaned, and somehow the receipts I gave them "mysteriously disappeared". They claimed I never submitted them, and I'm NOT the first to report this! Why would I spend the $$$ and then NOT furnish receipts?!? Duh!!!!! They charged me for nails in walls, even though there were nails in the walls when I moved IN!!!! They charged me for cleaning and carpet cleaning even though I had that done and PAID for it! The house was cleaner when I moved out than it was when I moved in, and it was documented that it wasn't. These people are thieves and are the worst of the worst. Thank God I'm no longer renting from them. I got a bad feeling from them almost immediately after I signed my lease.

    Worst reality place I've dealt with! I'm not one to ever bash on things but this reality is the worst. My husband and I went through them to rent to a place while staying in Texas when we moved out we made sure everything was cleaned when we got our deposit back, they charged us for damage that was already there when we moved in. We filled out a paper with all the damages and stains before we moved in. And we were charged for it. When I called to speak to someone about us getting charged for damages that was already there I was told there's no one there that can explain to me why I was being charged for those things. I do not recommend renting from them at all.

    firstly in order to post on here u have to show who u are.....fishy. They prob look up names to dispute the claims. i rented from loan star years ago, horrible with working with tenants for unforseen issues and deposits. i have fees on my credit with are triple the money owed. 50.00 to replace a window blind?? wow. i had one already in the closet to replace. they were good for my move but not to helpful in other cases. need less to say ive been at another location in killeen for the past 4 years happily and a credit repair took the balance off my credit. brenda was pretty rude and often unbearable to speak with. If it wasnt about money. They dont particulary listen..Especially a co owner who has gone thru bankruptcy herself and had to relocate here to live with family until she got back on her feet. God puts u thru things to understand others better. Its understandably all business....but tisk tisk tisk. shame on u
