Mr. Tom was really nice and he was very polite with my mother. It is hard to make her laugh but he had her cackling. It put a smile to my face. It melts my heart when I see my mother laughing. Thank you Mr. Tom, thanks for your laughter, your kindness and being you.

My husband and myself was waiting for our car to be repaired and we walked across the street to check out their jewelry. Anyway the man wouldn’t unlock the door and said he didn’t have any retail items!☹️ I guess if you don’t have gold hanging from your neck and diamonds in your fingers he doesn’t want your service!!

Have stopped and done business with them on several occasions and always there friendly and give a fair appraisal of your merchandise I would recommend that if your looking to pawn or sell your jewelry then us gold is the place to go hands down.

Call to get some information and a Tom answered and wouldn't give me information. Instead of answering if he had what I was looking for he kept pushing me to give him a number on what my budget was. Not good customer service and gives you the run around. Be very careful going to this guy.
