I make business deposits here nightly. See pics for condition of night deposit box. Those are dead bugs, and they've been there for months. Literally a guy with some 409 and a cloth will take care of this. Please clean your night deposit box and I will improve my review and remove the pictures. Thanks.

I live in Manatee County, 8hours south of here. I bank with Chase, there are no chase banks up here. I was in a bind due to not being able to get money out for an employee that needed an advance. Staff was very friendly, professional, and informative. Once I was done with their services I was very happy that they were able to help us figure out the best way to pull money out for my employee. Highly recommend this bank & their services.

Sat down with someone to help with a fee that was charged to a business account. The lady helping me said she would remove it. The fee was never removed and subsequently charged me another fee. Cancelling all my accounts, this is not the first time Regions has taken my money on a their behalf.

Need more tellers on staff. I come in 3-4 times per week. 1 teller at the lobby and one at the drive thru is not acceptable. I should be able to stop in, do a deposit and be out within a few minutes. My usual wait time is 15 - 25 minutes in the lobby. Stop sending all your good tellers to other locations.

Save yourself the trouble. I will never again bank with regions, I've never seen so many nickel and dime fees from anywhere else. The PEOPLE st this bank aren't bad, just the bank itself. $15.00 fee for money transfer, that's more expensive than if you sent it ANYWHERE else. An extra $2.50 for using a different ATM so $5 total for withdrawal. Please just bank somewhere else.

I think it is ridiculous that you cannot speak with an ACTUAL person at the bank over the phone. ESPECIALLY when there are no prompts that provide you with the service you need. Here's a thought, I work a job and the bank hours of operation, my goodness, the same hours I have to work...hhhmmm. Also, it took almost a month, me calling the local branch and corporate, and physicaslly coming in 3 times to get a new debit card!!?! Regions is good and all, but I'm seriously just going to start stuffing my money in the mattress. Your .0001 percent interest rate isn't worth it. Peace

They closed my accounts because someone gave me a fradulent check and charged me a fee of $15 they said that Im responsible for what i put in the bank i think they should be looking for the ppl that are "making" the fradulent checks instead of holding the presenter accountable i even offered to help because i had some info on the issuer the point is i had several other transactions and no other problems there. Sorry for the rant but until no one is left at their bank the bank will keep doing these unprofessional things. The Mary Esther branch is not where this happend btw it was the Ft. Walton branch but anyway as of now i am holding all Regions banks in the same light as I am unaware if each branch holds their own rules on various issues.

Small but I really can't say anything bad about the place they took care of me when I lived there for Walton Beach I hope they put more tellers in though
