I have had a memorable time @ upstate auto. My guy MIKE MONELLO, has been & outstanding salesman everything that he and i talked about was to the point. I note have a car thanks to mike so I give upstate auto kudos for taking the time and working with me. Thank you all.

Extremely unprofessional and racist. I have 3 incomes and wasn't even looked at. Was told my income isn't income. I work for Grubhub and Uber. Tried laughing at me when I walked out. Will be reporting this business to the better business bureau.

Joel was very helpful and courteous, he was very receptive to my needs and understood my situation. He and the other people involved with my trade in we're great and made it happen for me! Upstate auto credit is great and I would recommend Joel and the dealer to everyone!

We went to Upstate Auto Sales... They were nice at first but then when they showed us the vehicles that we would be approved to pay payments on.. The one was a 2005 Chevy Equinox ... So we test drove it and it was okay and as we looked the vehicle over ... We noticed that the back seat was TORN BADLY... when we asked if they were going to fix it they said NO and (Supposively) that they had already factored the tear into the price???!! But then when we wanted to test drive another vehicle all of a sudden... They said that we weren't approved for ANY VEHICLES ANYMORE!!!????? We asked WHY?! and the guy said that all of a sudden our credit scores weren't enough to be approved!??? Yet they are a small dealership that helps people with all kinds of levels of credit. Needless to say, WE LEFT QUICKLY AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE FALSE ADVERTISING FOR HELPING PEOPLE ON ALL LEVELS AND THEN IF THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YA... THEY JUST COME UP WITH EXCUSES!! We suggest that NO ONE WASTES THEIR TIME THERE!!!!

I brought a car from them about 4 months ago and I just had to pay 400+ dollars for a new exhaust because it was rotted out. When I called about the warranty I was told it wasn't covered. So I suggest you do your due diligence and check that their isn't a hole about to be rusted through a part of your vehicle. Fool me once....

I can't say enough of this place!! I have bad credit and I can say I drove away with my new vehicle!!!!! And that's all because of how hard Matt McLean worked for me and didn't stop till I was happy and had my SUV!!!! I'm in love with the car and everyone who didn't stop till I got it!! Now we can drive safe thank The Lord and when I pay it off I'm coming back here for my next one... Thanks Matt McLean and everyone at upstate auto credit
