M&T Bank Miracle Mile Dr, Rochester

I'd like to preface this by saying prior to today's interaction I dreaded stepping foot in this building again. In my previous encounters employees of this establishment made everything as difficult as possible and even told me I hadn't made payments when I had the receipts with me at the time. However today when I came in Jennifer Kump was on top of her game. She heard me out, got done what I needed and was relatable/humourous to boot. I hope this location values Jennifer and what she brings to the company.

I have been with M&T bank for more than 20 years. I have never found anything that is not good for customer. Their service is Excellent! This is why I stay with M&T bank even other banks offer me $300 for opening a check account!

Worst branch ever. Rude and u professional people work here!!! I love all other branches and will drive to them out of my way next time. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!

I opened an account online and had a few challenges verifying my identity because my name doesn't fit on my license, so NYS abbreviated my first and middle name. The corporate office reached out to me to have me to into the branch. Due to my health status, I am high risk for COVID and didn't feel comfortable going in with the cases rising so drastically in Monroe County. Trish Cupello was an absolute angel. She arranged a virtual meeting for me to verify my identity without me having to go into the branch and handled the entire issue quickly, gracefully and with ease. I am SO impressed with their customer service and look forward to doing business with them for a long time. Thank you Trish and team!

Moving my money to another bank! Tired of BS policies that are simply in place to make depositing money in to my account as difficult as possible. Money managment should be made easy and cashing a check shouldn't be as hard as it is with this Henrietta branch wish I got the nasty ladies name who was training some new employee (apparently how not to treat a long lasting customer) this woman every time I'm in the branch it is rude short and gives a horrible experience! At one point was considering a mortgage but after today I'd be a fool to help yall make money while making my life more difficult!

Awful bank that I am glad I never decided to bank with! Service is bad, the bank itself is a robbery with all of their fees and charges for the most basic and common of bank requests such as cashing a M&T check and swapping cash for coin. Rob from the "customer" while providing garbage service? No thanks. Glad my business owners have started the process of getting away from these crooks.

I have been a customer with m&t bank for 6+ years and have visited several branches but this is by far the worst I’ve been across. The tellers are rude and insist you use the ATM instead of coming into the branch. When explained to why I was unable to pull money out of my card via the ATM, they then proceeded to walk me over to it and try to instruct me as if I’m an idiot. To their dismay it has been an issue with the card not with my intellectual ability. In which they have failed to pay attention to since I have been in the branch multiple times and it is a reoccurring situation. They also do not count the money in front of you before handing it to you .

I was trying to deposit savings bonds, they had me stand there for 20 minutes they were rude and unhelpful. The guy looked at me like I had three heads and because he didn't tell me how much the bonds were worth, I missed 30 dollars on an 18 year old bond, that I could have waited 6 months for. So frustrated with the whole experience.

M and T STINKS!!!! The head teller is a WITCH at the Henrietta branch. She is RUDE, CONDESCENDING and just plain ANGRY. When I ask my employee to go there they cringe. I will take my banking else where! I suggest ANYONE who likes nice, honest polite people Summit or CNB is the name!!

The 20yrs I've been with m&t over noticed a downward spiral. After the experience I just had at this branch I'm done
