I have done refi's a couple times over the last few years. My experience with United Faith Mortgage was by far the least stressful and easiest. We knew up front what information we needed, and there was No "hey, we need one more thing..." which had always happened before with other companies. Our representative, Vincent, always responded very quickly to questions I had. One night I emailed him after 9pm, and at 6am he had already responded! Even when talking on the phone, I had several questions (not a financial person) regarding some terminology and how it worked, he answered everything completely and in a friendly manner. I would not hesitate to use United Faith Mortgage again.

The whole process was well thought out from start to finish, and everyone that we interacted with at UFM was a pleasure to work with. Our paperwork was handled quickly and we receive a great rate. Will definitely call them again for any mortgage needs.

We've been working on a refinance since May. Thet title company did not understand what a grant program was. I had to take over and do all the leg work to obtain payoffs and it's still dragging out. Then they want me to pay for recertification that expired due to their inefficiencies. There were no issues and another company has reviewed the file and is ready to go in 3 weeks. They refuse to accept responsibility and give the run around. I gave them one more chance and still took almost two weeks to order a recertification, which I called appraisal company directly could have been completed in 48 hours. Do not use unless you want to do all your own leg work after theirs drags on for months. They are just selling file immediately anyway. Save the origination few. Go direct to a lender.

I believe this is our 3rd time utilizing the services of United Faith Mortgage. Each time, we have had a very pleasant experience. Ryan is beyond kind and professional and makes everything come together smoothly. Thank you for the recent refinance! We are very happy.
