Karissa Leasure took my call today and was Excellent. She handled my request immediatly, sent the requested documents and confirmed everything with me within 30 minutes or so. Well Done Karissa !

CSR's are not helpful and friendly and the Management is no better. They will not budge, offer you hardship discount when you are trying to work with them. I turned in my Jeep early due to mileage and they charge me $400 plus an additional $400 for the FOB key which I did replace. They did not find the key to be "connected" to the Jeep even when I had it done by Jeep. So It's costing me $800.00 to get out of their lease. NEVER EVER SIGN A LEASE WHEN "FUSION" A.K.A TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. (which btw I am a customer of)I've been leasing over 30 years now and have never encountered a company like this, nor ever charged the fees they charge. I will be wise next time, hope this saves someone from incurring extra costs.

Absolutely horrific experience lasting months. Highly unprofessional from start to finish. Worked with Sam Carter, Destiny Jimenez and Mr. delacruz. They are deceitful and had the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I never post reviews but this was warranted.

This is my first time leasing through Fusion and I don’t see what the big deal is. I’ve been leasing for almost 30 years and there is always wear & tear plus a disposition fee. The difference is that when you’re leasing through the manufacturer they will usually discount those fees and roll them into your next lease. Upon getting my pre-inspection from Fusion they informed me of almost $200 in wear and a $400 disposition fee I remember from when I first leased the vehicle. Here’s the kicker though, when I returned my vehicle my final bill was only for the disposition fee, because Fusion determined that the damage found by the inspection company was negligible and not billable. So sure I had to pay $400, but my 36 month lease was actually saving me $24 a month over the manufacturer lease. I will be leasing through Fusion again assuming they can give me that lower monthly payment.

Wow I am so impressed with this bank. I have done many transfers in the past and this has been the best. Karissa at the bank is the best. She was responsive and knew exactly what to do. Someone should give her a promotion!

I just paid off a lease with them. They were courteous, so friendly to work with and made the experience amazingly positive! I may add they also saved me money! I left feeling there are good people in this world!

Horrendous Customer service. I would never ever use Ford Fusion or refer them to anyone I know or looking to get a new vehicle. From the top down the place is run like a boiler room type of call center. BUYER BEWARE!

They wanted me to replace a windshield that my insurance company said they should fix . Crack was so small you can’t even see it . Never had a problem with a lease before Beware of them when you return your vehicle.

Returned my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee without any issues what so ever. Zero extra fees and People were awesome to deal with. Don’t let negative reviews get you down bc if you’re car is in the correct condition you’ll have no problem. They excused a rim blemish, three dings, and some pretty scratched interior panels. Give it to them clean and don’t hide anything. Be honest and they’ll prob treat you properly. And remember the cargo cover !!!

I will warn anyone leasing a car to stay away from fusion finance. Absolute criminals. My father leased a car with Port Jeff Chrysler. Fusion is the lease company. On the day of his purchase he went back to the dealer to upgrade the rim package, paid for the upgrade and went on his way. He turned his car into the dealer no issues. Then about a month later, Fusion has sent a bill for over $2000 because the rims are not original. These are an upgrade through the dealer. Countless attempts to explain that the car is now upgraded, fusion stands tall in “excessive wear and tear” and continues to send emails requesting payment for the old rims which were kept by Port Jeff Chrysler. Side-note. The car was turned in with 18k under mileage as my father is recently ill and hasn’t driven much the past 2 years. So upgrade rims package and 18k under mileage and they want him to pay over $2000. It’s not right, and this seemingly isn’t the first time this has occurred.
