I’ve never had any issues.... I have only went twice to cash a check but never had a problem at all and the gentleman is extremely nice... yes they take their time and your in line forever but besides that I have zero complaints!! They’re also the only check cashing place open that late

The women there needs to be let go. She never smiles, doesnt talk and will come up with as many excuses as possible to not have to cash anything. Ive went there when the guy was there, extremely friendly, smiles asks how u are and always helps. If he cant help hell explain exactly why and how to fix it. Lost my service what that women is there. If i go when the women is there, theres something wrong that cant get cashed, i go when the guy is there and he cashes it with no problem. When i ask why i couldnt cash anything before he simply says hes not sure she had problems. Fed up.

This by far is the worst place to go for anything. The lady is too busy on the computer to take care of customers. She put me on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes. I drove up their to see she had nobody in line to help and was not on the phone taking care of anyone.she told me she had customers and couldnt get to the phone right away. I stood up here for 15 minutes and had seen she had no customers. She told me she could not refund my money order without any explanation or an attempt to try and look it up on her computer. Thank you Blanch for absolute non help in any way shape or form.

Absolute horrible service. I had a check that came in the mail the same day I took it there was dated 3 days earlier on a PNC (Big known bank around here). Was told it was to old and they’d have to call to verify. I have cashed checks there before the guy knows me and I am on file there. The old lady who “works” there is ignorant and doesn’t want to do anything. This is a check cashing place, your JOB is to cash checks.

The one cashier there, the man...he's either extremely stupid, or he gets off on flashing stacks of money in front of people. Or both. You'll be paying a bill, and he'll take out this HUGE wad of cash, plunk it down right in front of the window in front of you, and take his sweet time counting it. He has to be doing that on purpose :). No one is THAT dumb. Anyone with their brain cells is gonna do that in a back office or out of sight.

Cashed check on my first time without any problems. One thing kinds made me confused why do I need to write my SS# on the back of the check!

I once waited in line there for almost an hour and it was only 3 people in line. Then he took off for about another 20 minute bathroom break

The lady that works here is horrible and doesn’t cash any checks she is a racist

Bad service. I stood at the window during the hours that they were opened and no one ever came to the window. Terrible place of business

The woman who works there must have went to Ignorant University! She just hung up on me twice, before I could even ask my question!
