Toya was great! She helped me resolve an issue quickly and stress free.

Usually very friendly staff, not a long wait time in line or drive through.

They do not fix or service the ATM they both jus sit there broken. They never take 100 $ bills please for the neighborhood sake fix them!

Zero stars, avoid this branch at all costs! After several attempts to open a business account with Rachel, I decided to set up the account online, including submitting the required documents and signature card. The final step was to fund the account, however when I arrived at the branch I was informed that Rachel CLOSED the account because she personally did not receive the signature card. The assistant manager on duty said there was no way to help us. Finally went to another branch where they let us inside and resolved the issue in one trip. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Rachel, who still has not returned my calls or been at the branch when I stop by, should be let go.

What happened with this branch? I've been banking here for years between personal and business accounts and now no one wants to do anything at branch level. Every issue I have I get the same answer "you have to call the 1800 number" What happened to customer service?

Horrible customer service call to ask some questions and the woman who answered the phone actually got annoyed with me and told me she was in the middle of something else and I had to call back so then I go over there just to see a line for the drive up 12 cars deep because they won’t take appointments. Think it’s time to switch to Wells Fargo :/

Love this branch, everyone is helpful and super nice! Especially one of the associates named Michael, boy is he handsome and so mindful! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service!!! Needed a new bank account and scheduled an appointment! Come to the appointment to find out no one is there and no one answering the phone!!! 2 hours before their closing time!! Could've at least called me to let me know they won't be there and reschedule.

Location is so convenient This is the best bank by far...says one of my girlfriends...and she has tried several of the banks...she just loves this bank.
