Uncle Ben's Pawnshop St Clair Ave, Cleveland

My experience was sad smh. As soon as I walk through the door the man asked me what I had,I told him a laptop & a iPhone 6plus in very very very good condition basically brand new. He told me they don't take neither. When I just seen a commercial on TV saying they take use phones smh. I feel like it's a fake advertisement.

I love the staff here. They're such wonderful people and very caring. I also love the wide variety of things you can buy and save on here.

Great selection of unique items this is the best in Cleveland. Excellent jewelry choices and prices. Sales staff was very helpful

Very very nice and honest people that work their. I had a problem and withing 10 minutes they resolved it and than some. Will highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone that needs this type of service,!!!!! For sure a 6/5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Called ahead of time to sell them a HIGH SPEED STEEL LETTER A-Z CHICAGO INDUSTRIAL COMPANY DRILL SET 26PC, they said they'll buy it, brainless guy offered me $7 dollars, tells me he "has a good idea" of the prices of tools, I told him these sets are $200-$250 new, tells me "you overpaid", offered me $7 dollars for the set... I'm a toolmaker/machinist by trade you're talking to the professional brainless pawnsalesman, they're going for $120 used on ebay was only asking $40 for the set, could've made 300% profit in a few days, only 1 drill was even used once.. next time someone checks you on your brainlessly lowball offer, instead of saying NEVERMIND I DONT WANT IT because you pissed me off because you don't know high end quality names and you felt stupid, how about you stop acting like you have any idea what you're talking about and look it up and stop trying to just talk the talk scumbag you have 10 computers in your shop and it takes you 10 seconds, read this review and tell me I overpaid again, oh you should probably pick a new profession because I imagine you'll be laid off soon due to lack of .. well.. a brain, I will be calling tomorrow to let you guys know how inexperienced you are and how little you know about any high end tools, braindead scumbag I really woulda liked to sock this bald punkass old clown. Just realized the man who I spoke with was the owner of the shop himself, safe to say he'll be outta business soon, the guy has absolutely no brain and was probably born into wealth, a monkey could do better at appraisals

Place was a joke called on phone said they wanted item then drove 50 miles to get there and told didnt want staff very rude and had bigger items in truck was made to bring in to I guess to cold outside for them. LAZY! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The people working here they not professional, they don't have any idea what they come in to there shop, I bring a 18k gold chain the guy take in the back and shower to some one then he came aut and ask me how much I want I said 400 loan when back inside and minutes late came back out and said that his not sure that the chain was gold if they are professionals they know is gold or maybe they wanted to stile from me because I know the value is about $1500 so people be very careful with those people.

Great business. All the employees are respectful and attentive. Fair pricing and very rarely have to wait long before being assisted.
