    Do not sign up with UMPQUA. The worst customer service. And not everyone but 75% of the staff. Do not trust your money here. I have been with them for years and am finally going to close the account. Out of convenience and auto pay I've stayed. But I regret it now more than ever. Not a bank you can trust

    Not a very good experience. I have had to go to Umpqua Bank just twice and both times I had a long wait even though I was the only customer with 4 tellers avoiding eye contact. Other banks I have been to have always jumped to provide prompt service when possible.

    Manager takes on an extremely aggressive and condescending attitude when working with customers and doesn't seem quite cut for the responsibilities his job entails, can’t speak for the whole company but this individual store I would avoid.

    I have been overdrawn on an account Without overdraw protection that i made sure i didn't have ln it for a reason! First overdraw time amount was 36.00 this time it's 71.99 and i am on a fixed income! The person who called me back from umpqua was rude and basicly told me its my fault and i should write down my checks when making several purcheses in a day 😵WoW! I only use my dept card ,i never write a xhexk and don't even have checks. I am going to close my account and find a new bank next month. I am so done. Twice now when once is to many. I will say over the several years of banking everyone has been very kind to me,the The man i spoke with yesterday was horable.. If funds are not un my account it should say insuficent fund,. ALSO! THE LAST TRANSATION I MADE WAS A WITHDRAW FROM A ATM. Sherry wagner

    Always had great service at this location when I lived in the area. Today I had a horrible experience with the bank teller. She was going to put a hold on my account when I tried to deposit a check, and then kept asking how often I get these checks and what amounts. Why does that matter and why that would be her business. Never going back and might be closing my accounts and going to a new bank.

    I don’t understand the poor reviews. We’ve always had good service, deposits, withdrawls, safe deposit box, notary. Plus excellent online and smart device apps - for easy transactions.

    Always poor service. Not to mention, they like to place holds on deposit for checks that have been deposited into the account for years. This is not my store of account (which never places holds on our deposits) but I'm forced to use this location since they've closed so many locations.

    Dear Umpqua, you have a terrible online banking app. I have attached a photo of the response my husband and i both receive regularly when logging into your app. This is a daily issue not just weekly or monthly. Which has been going on for over a year now. If your customers cannot access their accounts remotely. We cannot TRUST you with our $$$$$!
