    They are rude, and unprofessional!!!!!!! They refused to cash a valid check even with all requested identification. I wasted fuel and my time to be refused!!!!

    Had a wonderful experience getting my name change paperwork taken care of here so I could get a new credit and debit card with my name on it. Ben was such a fun and helpful person to talk to. I'll definitely be coming back if I need any other help with my bank account!

    I think I'm gonna have to switch Banks. This company has no respect for your time. I shouldn't have to call multiple times before you pick up because you don't have enough staff and just hope I give up on trying to get ahold of you. Hire more staff. It's ridiculous that you don't have someone on standby at the phone at ALL TIMES. Speaking of time, your hours are also extremely inconvenient. "Oh yeah we'll just close right when everyone is coming home work and needs to deposit their paychecks." Another thing to consider is having your automated voice thing immediately tell you how to get ahold of a human being. That should be first thing it tells you, not the last. I don't ever want to speak to a terribly programmed robot. Nobody does. Get it together

    Beware of this bank. Like always short staff twos week ago I came cashing two checks teller stated first check needs to exactly match my name and last name I let her slide with this I said okay I will contact my employer second check is from express employment big agency, i got paid my express I cash my check the teller stated the check needs to be registered didn’t understand call corporate, corporate stated the check is good to go they’ve never had a problem with that and express was very upset that Bank of America had the audacity to say check needs to be register. This teller needs to be trained more. She Asian 5’2. So please be aware here. Wasted my gas and time. I ended up cashing my check at navy federal the bank said it was fine cashing the check no problem.

    Still having problems accessing my own money. In an emergency type situation this bank will let you down every time. They have costed me over a thousand dollars because I can’t use my own money I’ve worked hard for. Instead of owning up to their bad they offer excuses and shift the blame to you. I will be closing my account. This is ridiculous. I used to have no problems. Now I’m discriminated against.

    I have been banking here as long as I can recall I also been blessed with hfa which is the higher end of the autism spectrum everything I come in I feel like I just came home they always got done what I needed help with and also puts it in a way I understand the brunch Manger is a behind the scenes kinda person but I always noticed the employees at this branch are hard workers even when the Manger is off doing something else or hardly not one person in line is paying attention I am dats why it's five stars but should be ten star's yall have a lifetime customer ❤ 💙 💜

    Tellers and MANAGER did not inform of digital wallet option when at branch to replace lost debit card, was told only option was to “use cash” and figure something else out for my digital payments for the 2 weeks it would take new debit card to arrive. The Lakewood branch gave me all of this information in a 2 minute phone call.
