    The long lines were due to COVID... You can do 90% of you're banking online, I have been a client of this branch for over 35 years and three or four mergers! Never had a problem, some of the employees have been here for years and we have a very good business relationship. Had my three mortgages, my CC and my investments. I tried once Chase, no way I will change to another bank.

    Absolutely horrible experience trying to purchase a home for the 1st time. The MLO could have simply said it wasn’t going to be possible due to my co-signer having insufficient credit but instead, they gave me a pre-approval. They got my hopes up and made me waste my time as well as $1000 on inspections for 2 separate homes. The MLO even called me by the wrong name more than one time (real disrespectful) and aside from that, even lost my disclosures and paperwork with all my information on it. Thank God I found a better lender that deserves my business. They say US Bank is ranked #3 top lenders but geez the service is horrible. Left my messages on read and never got back to me for weeks. Told me I was not approved one day before estimated closing date! LOL THANKS US BANK 😂

    inconvenient location. also I HAVE to have direct deposit in a simple checking account otherwise I get charged a $9 monthly fee? not good. some peoples jobs don't offer direct deposit so that shouldn't be a requirement for a free checking account.

    Absolutely terrible bank all locations CLOSED. Drive through takes over 2 hours. 2 employees inside, 1 working at a time.. SWITCHING BANKS A.S.A.P.... bye,bye..

    One of the better banks in the area tellers are nice and always do their best to help you out the best US bank in the area only reason I gave this place a 4 star is the drive thru is super narrow

    Your bank lines are horrible! Open the bank lobby! We shouldn't have to wait an hour in our cars to deposit a check!
