I love US Bank. I do not love this branch though, and wish US Bank would come in and tell the staff to shape up or ship out. I've had good luck for the most part in being a customer for several years. What I don't like is this location. The tellers are rude. The ATM machine is always on the fritz. I almost lost 500 dollars during a withdrawal because the ATM had a glitch one day, saying it gave me my 500 during a transaction, but no cash actually came out. There were staff members inside the double doors, turning off the lights and trying to escape before having to help me (it was 5 p.m. on the dot). Fortunately after some kicking and screaming one of the staff members came out to the ATM, then disappeared for a few minutes, then came back with my money and a receipt. Then the ATM was disabled until it could be fixed the next day. I don't want to imagine what would have happened if this occurred later in the day. To this day, I never make a deposit or withdrawal from this machine unless there are human bodies working inside this bank. Sadly this branch is closest to my work and home, and I just dread going here to do my banking anymore. If there's more than three people in line I have to use the ATM or I'll be in line for at least 15 minutes, minimum. That's not an option for most people who work for a living and have busy schedules. The last time I wanted to do this, three weeks ago, I tried using the ATM, but as expected it was shut down temporarily. I went inside, waited in line for nearly 20 minutes (there were five people in line and two tellers working), and I got my withdrawal. Except, when I tried to get 100 dollars in smaller bills (fives and tens) the teller said she was out of fives. Oh, the bank is out of cash? Is that what you said? The bank that holds my money and collects interest on a substantially large sum of money while paying me zero percent interest of that profit they make, is out... of... cash? It's a lose lose situation the majority of the time when going into this branch. I've started reworking my schedule and hauling my behind in order to make the hike to any US Bank that is not this branch. Poor service. Poor attitudes, broken ATM machine, can't make legitimate change or have all forms of cash on hand, and the incredibly tiny, elderly female security guard is icing on the cake of the most ironic branch in the US Bank family. Get your act together and be a bank, and stop using the Comcast training manual to train your employees in customer service.

I can't give them a rating as far as service goes, but as far as first impressions I can. U.S. Bank just purchased my current bank, which is CharterOne bank. They sent me a great deal of information in the mail with what to expect during the transition period, when I saw that they charge their customers a maintenance fee for having an account with them. I have been with CharterOne for at least 25 years, since I was 15 years old, only they bought out the original bank that I opened my account with, which was St. Paul Federal. I have been extremely happy with the service that I have received throughout the years between those two banks, but now I fear that it is time to move on. I am not going to pay someone $250 a year to have an account with them. That's just my two cents, take it for what its worth.

I had (HAD) been a member of US Bank for 8 years. When I made a deposit into the ATM at this location to my account (cash, my mistake I guess) they informed me that I had given $200 less than I actually did. After 3 months, during which time the head of this branch actually lied to me ("we'll have corporate get back to you" he told me, and when I called back a month and a half later, I was told "oh, the branch manager said you were satisfied with the end result.") I got a swift "oh okay well, we can help you close your account then, but you're not getting your $200 back." Customer loyalty, huh?

I can't rave enough about Chris Covalle and his team at U.S. Bank. My husband and I just closed on our first home in December. The transaction was extremely smooth. They were super responsive and patient with all of our questions. From start-finish, they were able to close in less than a month which is pretty amazing for a large-sized bank. TWO THUMBS UP!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Customer Service. ATM glitched mid transaction it took an act of GOD to get it fixed. After several days and hours of visiting the branch and speaking to the customer service department I'm still no where closer than before. I would not recommend this branch or US Bank.

This branch is terrible. I have nothing but good things to say about US Bank, but when I needed help with an issue that was not my fault, they were not helpful at all.

My service was quick and courteous for a deposit. Name change on my account was also fast and great.

They need more tellers. But thankfully I was able to use the ATM to do my business.

    Response from the owner
