Operator doesnt answer the phone. People in the same dept give different answers to customers questions! Very frustrating & confusing for customer!! May be time to switch banks after 25-30 years here!

I am beyond frustrated. I called to ask if they sell gift cards and was told they do. Came in and was helped by Daniella, who told me that they cannot be purchased on credit card, but i can use cash. Ran to my bank to make a withdraw, came back, she stated to get them together, and then (after my third interaction) is when I was told I had to be an account holder. Are you kidding me? After running all over to buy this is when I’m told? Spoke to the manager Krystal, who also did nothing to help. Thanks.

Worst customer service call center in the world. Manager Danielle was so rude. Sergio couldn't get me verified because of his incompetence. Online banking is so bad. Owned by bank of montreal and clearly they don't care about their customers in the US enough to take care of them. Use your local credit unions and save yourself the hassle.

Deceiving methods of banking. When you talk to customer service representative and 3 days later to another, the first one did not put anything in the notes. Hard to reach. Rude customer service. Not trustworthy at all.

Rude customer service. Three out of four people that where there (on their personal cell) doing nothing but scrolling on it (sitting right in front of two people) were to busy to take anyone. I ask the teller if it was going to be a while since I saw four people working there and three not doing anything ( on the cell phone). She responded with “its going to be a while”.
