I have been through alot trying to get a home. I have try a couple different financial institutions and they just were not good. I finally was referred to Wintrust and l worked with Jason and his team and it has been great. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The process went smooth for me and they responded quickly to all my questions that l had. I like there zoom portal you can view the status of your loan and any documents needed.

Where do I start? Originally, we were with another lender and left due to misinformation about qualifying for the IDHA loan. I ran across Jason's name twice while researching IDHA loans and grants and took it as a sign. It turned out to be the best sign ever! Jake called me within an hour of sending him an email and sent us the application. By the end of that same day, Jason sent us our estimated cash to close worksheet. He thoroughly explained everything, was readily available to answer every question, re-explain if necessary and never made us feel like any of our questions were stupid. He worked late into the evenings and even on the weekends and I know because I would see the time that he sent the emails. We were on a tight closing schedule and our loan was contingent upon the refinance of our current home. Jason, Pete, Delaine, Jake and those behind the scene whose name I do not know ensured that both the refinance and purchase were able to be closed in a timely manner. I'm so happy that we chose the Jason Accola team! If you're in the market for a mortgage lender, Jason and his team are the best! I would give them 10 stars if that was an option!
