Worst service I have ever got, them three lady’s ain’t smarter then a box of rocks. They will tell false information and put in wrong information after telling them multiple time that’s not right then turn around and blame you.. I beg you to never ever come to this place.. on top of everything they find a way to charge you for there mess up.. just horrible service. They actually even hung up on me and waited for six to come around to not answer the phone and close called back multiple time and they didn’t answer .. they must hire anybody and everybody

I feel so bad that I can't remember the tellers name - she was a young lady there after 5:00pm on 3.9.20. I had a complex transaction with some questions. She went WAY out of her way to explain everything to me, including printing off some information I could take away that would help me understand what was involved. All while being very easy to talk to and giving great customer service. Will definitely use this branch more often!

It was Monday April 2nd 2018. The ATM machine is not reading my Debit card. There were about 19* people on the line almost backup to the king Sooners customer service center. The staffing was short only one agent. Took me more than 43 minuets to get the service. Please pay attention to the service you are providing and hire or staff adequate employees at least on the busy days Thanks

I would have put no stars if I could have. The teller was RUDE and didn't bother with a hello thank you or have a good day. This seems to be a trend at all of the locations I've visited. Try smiling and being nice!

Poor service! Show up to get bank statements, was told she couldn’t do it because there is a lot, that I would need to come back tomorrow. How would you have them ready right when you open at 9am? They are just lazy and do not want to do their jobs!

Why are you open when you don’t want to open accounts. They said they were short staffed so they couldn’t open a account. Went to first bank in the same parking lot they opened the account in 10 minutes. Poor management and worse customer experience

Worst bank ever. Bad at telling information needed to know and when they promise you your money on a certain day they push it back more, and more and more. Worst experience with a bank ever. Going back to Chase and enjoy the lawsuit
