I just got off the phone with Jordan of this location of us bank. Where my mother banked before she passed. I was looking for information on how to close her account. In all of my conversations with people on closing out my mother's life I have never had someone be so rude and callous. She was also completely uneducated about the steps to do so and continually was deferring to someone else near her who never opted to get on the phone with me and give an educated kind response. These people should be more prepared for situations like this. I am so glad I bank elsewhere or I assure you if be having to close more than one account. Train your staff to speak to people with respect and maybe a little empathy in situations like this.

Dont use US Bank in Wentzville, or Any other US Bank. My account is in an Active Fraud Case. The manager Ashley and Assistant Manager Matt are rude, totally uncaring for situations like this, Every department lies! They put 1 hold on my account, then I found out they Always put 2 holds, 1 for fraud via US Bank, then I found out that the " Deposit Risk Department Also put a hold I got all the paperwork they needed for Fraud, Detective and Police report, the Attorney General's office, Social Security and the Governor's office. They told me there would not be any deposits allowed, they LIED! I'm on Social Security Disability Benefits, I let Social Security know that the bank said my benefits would be rejected and sent back so I could receive a Paper check, BUT THEY LIED, they held my benefits from the 1st of March till the 6th, then they posted it and left me with NO income for the entire month, I called US Bank Fraud intervention , they told me that the branch Manager " Ashley" was the only 1 who could get some of my benefits released so I could pay my rent, and bills, went to the bank in Wentzville, the Assistant Manager is just as bad as Ashley, told me they couldn't help me and wouldn't even let me set up a payment plan, just told me good luck and they were sorry. Now I've lost my Apt, my car insurance, they left me NOTHING ! It's an ongoing FRAUD case! DONT USE THIS BANK OR ANY OTHER US BANK, THEY LIE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE ELDERLY AND ITS THE WORST BANK EVER ! PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF THEY LIE LIE LIE ! I AM 65 YEARS OLD AND NOW HOMELESS!

Today i was fraudulently charged a $15.00 preposterous charge. While talking to a banker, Autum at the Wentzville location on 1/23/15 over the telephone around 12:00pm I asked if I transfered money from my savings to checking, would I be charged a withdraw fee of $15.00. She then told me no, so i went forward with the transfer. I then immediately checked my online savings account and I was charged the fee. After calling and speaking to Autumn, she then told me she did not tell me I wouldn't be charged and there was nothing she could do about it. I would of never agreed upon transferring the money if I were going to be charged this. After asking to speak to the manager Ashley, she then said she never heard Autum tell me I would not be charged and she cannot do anything about it. After all of this i proceeded to go into their office to try and clear this up...manager Ashley was ridiculously rude which lead to me closing my accounts with U.S bank. Do not recommended U.S bank ever to anyone!!!!

They said if I had direct deposit of any amount when I opened my account I wouldn't be charged a service fee. I have direct deposit and for the last 2 months I've had a service fee. Think it's about time to find another bank. If they lie to you over a fee imagine what else they'll tell you

There's often a line as this is a bank in a grocery store but as someone who has (now) 3 businesses I bank everywhere and I have often been very impressed

Tried to short us $300 on a deposit. Count your money before you hand it to them.
