If you want to wait 45 minutes to do anything inside please go to this BOA!! Also manager just sits at the podium and helps people who have just walked in. Definitely will be looking for a new banking place!! One teller almost every time I’ve came in, she was awesome though!

Great experience! I called this branch, and a human actually picked up the phone, and spoke with me, which is rare these days. I then arrived at this location 10 minutes before closing, and they quickly helped me with my wire transfer. Thank you Joshua!

Bank of America has the worst phone line & customer service I’ve ever experienced. Should’ve switched years ago, Do not ever invest your money with them. Especially if you ever have questions or need to get ahold of them. It’s a joke trying to get someone to answer. When you go in there you watch them ignore the phones, do better people!!

This bank is terrible. Never use them. They also charge $8 to cash a check, so make sure never to write a loved one a check if they don't have an account. Staff is also very rude and very unhelpful

I have been a customer with BOA for 40+years and come in to have a document notarized. They were unable to do so since I didn’t have an appointment and asked if I wanted to schedule one for next week. I was so dumbfounded and angry I just left. (Noticed several employees in their offices alone). This is not what I consider good customer service.

Have always been treated with respect, great service and knowledgeable employees. Love this bank and services. UPDATE: Put 980 in outside ATM in 20's 50' and 100'. A month later BOA took 217.00 out of my account without notifying me. WTH!! Receipt showed 980. How did you get 217 out of that and I want my money back. Never had issues but this is a big one. Someone doesn't know what they are doing or you have a theif. Not my problem, put my money back in account. I don't trust this bank any more. Called several times to get it corrected.

My mother got a call from Amazon saying that she owed them money and they were going to take it out of her account. She doesn't have internet and has never made an online purchase ever! So, we tried to call our bank (bank of America) After going through the prompt and hitting a bunch of buttons to talk to someone, it hung up on us. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone to help us with an issue. This is also not the first time we have had issues with this bank and getting a hold of someone. We will be closing her account asap.

Terrible customer service. Bank open and closes whatever times. I call no one answers the phone. Locations are closed. Time to take my business somewhere else.
