The worst customer service it took me 30 minutes to make a deposit of $200. Hey guys don’t even think about it to stop by.

My issue is with customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone at this location. I needed a notary and I was calling to see if this location had a notary on staff. I called three days in a row and kept getting the automated message. I left a message on day two and three and then received a callback on day 3. It turns out the woman calling me back was the notary from the Kensington location and hasn’t worked in the Greenbelt location in 2 years. How did she get my message if she doesn’t even work at the Greenbelt location? I confirmed the Greenbelt number with her and she stated that there IS a female notary that works at Greenbelt. I could never get through to anyone so I had to go to the Laurel location.

So slow! I’m currently in line right now and I never waited so long. They need so much help they need to hire more tellers or at least train more people to be able to assist their lines better.

The worst customer service ever !!! extremely rude employees! I’m honestly going to leave them as soon as my situation gets resolved! I felt like I got rushed out the door and none of my questions were answered Smh

The branch personnel are really good but the transition to Truist has been a really bad process. We lost services and responsiveness. We’re thinking of pulling our accounts.

I went on a weekday was quiet not very busy. I was greeted and asked if I needed a teller or financial advisor at the door, and wished a good day as I left. Chill. Just hard confusing to find the entrance.

When you open an account it should be a convenience and not an inconvenience. Everything I do with this bank this far has been an inconvenience. Had I not needed a debit card I would close my account and say forget about banks altogether. You can't call them and ask for your daily balance to be updated because they tell you, they'll have to 'consider this and see if you qualify' I mean why do I need to beg you to take money from my account without the inconvenience of going to the bank? This is not a credit card. Had it been, I would completely understand you 'considering ellegibility' but this is a debit card with my hard earned money!

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I almost wish the scale went a little more to the left for ratings. A friend of mine gave me a check to cash with this bank for my birthday. The rep kept staring at my check and my license and told me they couldn't cash it and told me the check was only good for deposit at my own bank. Now, I'm not sure how banks work but if the check is from YOUR bank, I'm sure you can cash it. But they didn't, and the account holder verified to me that they're lying. They've dragged my time here by about 30 minutes just to cash a check. They even called the account holder to make sure he gave me the check. Honestly, I feel like I've been profiled by the staff at this location.

Waited for a drive thru teller almost 45 minutes (I couldn’t go inside because I have a fractured knee) to only receive attitude from the drive thru teller! Didn’t even acknowledge wait time and on top of that was rude.

Horribly slow branch. Simple cash withdrawal with ample funds took 15 minutes. No explanation. Long lines and waits as a result.
