    This is a mixed review (average three stars) as the post-merge period has been (unnecessarily) painful for former SunTrust customers. One star for the way some things were handled. However, FIVE STARS for Carlos Leon. He is early in his career and has had to take on some tough cases (and customers). He was very responsive to me and replied to my emails within 24 hours, if not the same day. I highly recommend Carlos for assistance with any banking needs!

    This branch has to be the worst Truist. I visited the location 4x to handle a simple task, turned away all 4 times. Then when I finally get someone, she told me to call her and leave a voicemail. That message wasn't returned until 3 weeks later. This bank won't last long.

    This trash company offers no way to unsubscribe from their emails. I don’t know how they got my email in the first place. Even searching “unsubscribe email” on their own website yields nothing. After reading the horrible customer service reviews from other people, I’m not even going to waste my time calling.

    Got to the bank right after work (4:50) and waited at one of the “open” drive thru deposit stations. I watched 2 people drive up next to me and get helped. By this time, it was 5:05 and the attendant told me that they could not help me and that the bank was closed. If you’re looking for friendly customer service, this is the last bank you’ll ever want to visit. If I could give 0 stars for how unpleasant my experience was, I would

    They are not far from my home and they’re always nice and helpful I’ve been a person that has been that has SunTrust for 40 here’s when I go there always they’re so nice to me I’m not far from my home and I will do it from my iPad or my iPhone

    Made a payment for my mortgage at the branch drive-in teller window. 48 hours after having made the payment, I was assessed a late fee because the branch had not processed my payment. This is the second time this happens!

    If i could give zero stars i would it took a week and a half to close my accounts, i only wanted to close my accounts cause my checks are from another bank and if i switched id get my money on the same day. After my experience i was correct in wanting to switch banks. They keep changing the terms and services with out letting you know so then you are charged at maintenance fee from your account and if you cant transfer money they charge you a over draft fee this only happened to me one time cause i miscalculated the cost of a medical bill and they wouldnt let me transfer the money over to advoid a over draft fee i called and they said they would refund the fee then help my close my accounts it took a week before i called back and nobody answered the phone then i had to go ito the office 4 times all different days, one day i had to wait an hour just to be told nobody there could help, then the next day i was rushed out the office the manager Ed refunded the wrong fee he refunded the maintenance fee instead of the over draft fee and rushed me out, i was trying to be nice and polite but since nothing was getting done with my accounts being polite i had to resort to having an attitude it was just awful that i decided to let them have the overdraft fee and just close my accounts out i hope they are happy. The teller are really nice tho but the people that sit in the offices are garbage i spoke to all of them and each of them were non caring and completely un-cooperative. That branch really went down hill since the older African-American gentleman left the branch in each day i had to go into the branch and wait there were other people equally dissatisfied with the personal bankers they dont even greet you and say that they will be with you soon they just walk past and ignore you. I'm so glad to be done with suntrust

    The banking hall was empty yet I was made to wait for over 15 minutes. The male personal banker that eventually attended to me was unfriendly, and appeared to be uncomfortable with my color, being that I am black. There was no formal handshake as is the usual custom. I requested for a credit card application and he pretended to apply online for me. I called the 1-800 number to verify the status of my application and was told that no application was submitted for me. DO NOT go to this branch!!! There are lots of RACISTS working here.

    Be extremely careful with these guys. Do not ask any questions regarding your account to the tellers as they seem to be extremely inexperienced or unable to give any info that actually prevents problems in the future. Even some of the bank staff that set-up your accounts don't seem to know whats going on. I even asked them to send me an email about my online account and they told me, "I just sent it so check your email". There was nothing there. The next day still nothing so I call to inform them and they tell me that they'll inform the person I had talked to and should email me that day... Nothing. Took 3 days before I finally got the email which told me that Suntrust had hidden fee's that charged me $256 in the span of 2 1/2 months. I also found out Suntrust is limited on their reach in the country so I strongly recommend using either Chase or Bank of America which has a more "Sunny" view on things and actually build "trust" between the bank and their client.
