Can somebody answers the call? I am on the line with my financial services that the “ manager “ is requesting since last week! How come is Monday and nobody answer! I Literally hate this bank is such a disgrace the fact that my money is on their hand and their lack of empathy, professionalism! I think they should all be fired! If I could rate them 0 I will!

I have been banking with BB&T for over 20 years and I have an excellent service, I had never encountered any issue what so ever no long Late inline or service, specifically one person at that branch name Tayk does a superb job with excellent customer service not to mention his good attitude.

One night I did a atm deposit. Atm took my case account was never credited. The next day I went to the branch and was given a number to make a claim. I waited 30mins on the line , no real resolution other than wait until we clear the atm. Meanwhile the payments that where set up are acquiring overdraft fees... leaving BBT as this is the end of the rope for me

Worst bank ever.. always in a mood, slow, fake smiles... “come back tomorrow, or next week” but I forgot this is Wheaton. Only come to this bank if you need to deposit or withdraw money. Anything else I would go to a better area for better service.

Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Carlos the cashier was complete useless. I will never go to this branch again. Hate this bank.

I left this bank after 10+ years and now the tellers are very rude, slow, and not caring!!
