Truist First Colonial Rd, Virginia Beach

Our bank Suntrust and BT&T have merged. Sun trust at Hilltop closed their lobby but the BT&T Bank Manager (on First Colonial) would not allow my husband and I to conduct business inside because their not fully merged yet. We could have used the drive in. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous; if the tellers can process Suntrust patrons outside, they can surly welcome us inside as they are doing for their current BT&T customers. This is the absolute worse customer service. It scares me to think of what’s coming once this merger takes place.

This bank contracts mulch blowers to come blow new mulch at 12:30am on a Monday night. I don't know if anyone lives near a cooperate bank or establishment, but I know that my neighborhood stays pretty quiet. And if I were blasting music and have a loud party or even just mowing my lawn at 12:30am the cops would be called and sent out. The noise it makes is well beyond a rude neighbor! Please be a more polite neighbor BB&T... People live here!

So great to have a place to go where the staff is always super helpful and where it's NOT one of those horrible, giant, too-big-to-fail banks. BB&T is local, independent, and committed to staying that way.

ATMs always down so is the bbt app but staff is cool
