I was having problem with my saving account and other locations were not able to help me until I came to this place! Gaby was great and she really took the time to help me. I strongly recommend this place.

Their employees need better education about retirement account and how it works. She didn't even want to bother to give me service let alone open up an account. couldn't even answer a simple question as "what is a Roth IRA?" its embarrassing.. Lazy employees; poor customer service .. I will take my business else where .. SMH

There are times when you must acknowledge a job well done and this is one of those times. I needed information sent in a hurry from the bank. I spoke with Yerlis Guevara and explained the sense of urgency. She sent the information needed in record time. I can't thank her enough, I know this is her job but she was kind and understood my stress level and how important this was. I have never had a bad experience at this bank and I have been a customer since 2005. Thanks again for your hard work.

Jonathan is an amazing banker and he is highly recommended. I really want all bankers to be like him!

The management is discriminatory. They act as if they own the place. They don't think that they are serving the tenants. They should take customer handling class.
