Worst customer service.The lady behind the counter screamed across the room for me to take my sun glasses off.Very disrespectful.Felt like I was discriminated because of my color.been coming here for a few years but will never return.if there is a rule about sunglasses in the bank hire security or put a sign.

The staff at this bank are great! It was former Susquehanna bank customer before the merge with BB&T. So far so good with change. What keeps me banking here is the great customer service by everyone. To me this is one of most important reason in choosing a bank. They service is 5 Star. The BB&T bank merger is still pretty new to me so I'll give them 4 stars for now.

this is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their web site hasn't worked for over 2 weeks so II cannot access my credit line and loan accounts. Calling the bank is NO HELP. they can't access them either. After trying to deposit principal to pay down my credit line, I discovered that they took my money and divided into interest and principal on 2 accounts, instead of principal only on one account. I tried to get this fixed, but since I cannot access my account, I have no way of knowing if it has been corrected. Also, I have been since told that I cannot pay down Principle on line, only by going directly to a branch. I got a mailed statement which lists fees and service charges. I called to find out what they were since I cannot access anything on line, and was told that they have NO IDEA what the fees are either. I since have found a BB&T BAD BANK GROUP ON FACEBOOK which i joined.

This place is the nicest, friendliest bank I’ve ever been to. Cynthia helped us out when we were in a jam. Highly recommend anyone and everyone go here!

Rudest people ever. Canceling my BB&T account today.
