Great experience at this TD location. The bank teller and manager were both very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Good location, clean interior, helpful staff. Although the above was my experience when banking in person, I canceled my account due to terrible online and phone customer service.

Let me start by saying I've never had bad experiences at any other TD bank branch. Two of my employee's went to deposit payroll checks here and were questioned and profiled like never before in their lives. They called me personally to verify the checks which I did and was extremely annoyed that was even the case as they 1. weren't even for that much $ and 2. has never happened before with any of my white employees. After they called to verify the checks they (TD) then called their general manager to verify my employee's IDs AFTER I as the business owner/ business account holder already verified the checks. This has me seriously rethinking my decision to bank with TD if this is the treatment my minority owned business is going to have to deal with on the regular.

Have had three consecutive issues with their ability to provide customer service that my other banking institutions are able to provide. The straw the broke the camel’s back is that I was sitting in the customer service line for simply activating a new ATM card. It was early Saturday morning with two customer service personnel there, one with a customer the other not. The bank was empty and the representative never came to greet me, ask for my patience or acknowledge the fact that they would be with me at their next availability. After sitting for 10 minutes I left and decided to write this review. I’ve had positive experiences here, but more frustrating service experiences than positive ones overall.

I don’t understand why there no number at all to call and talk to someone to get into my safe box? Left messages and no one calls back. I’ve been calling over a week now. Drove by yesterday thought there might be another number? This is horrible customer service! I can not believe ....they close the back because of the virus but there not one person or number to call to get into my safe box! Called the 188 number no help. So mad ! Changing my Bank wants I get this Settle!

One email, two web sites, all three are inconsistent on the hours the lobby is open. Email says closes at 1pm, store finder says 6pm, Lombard store site says 4pm. I would hope a bank could be consistent with their numbers. People in there are great - when it's open

I've had mostly good experiences with this bank, however the "stay open a little bit later" policy is NOT followed here. I went to use the atm at 7:08 and they both just had blank white screens. I called the bank (since they closed at 7) to alert them of this problem, because I needed to make a withdrawal to pay my rent. They didn't answer and the guy just looked right through me when I knocked on the window. I didn't need to go inside I just needed to use the atm.

Worst TD branch ever. Very unwilling to help a long time customer. “Convenient Banking” my A. Most unhelpful manager as well, surprised how he’s still employed there after so long!

This bank seems to always have long lines, and there also seems to be tellers just hanging around not helping customers. This particular branch also never seems to be able to help me out.... I went in for checks recently, and I was told that will cost me $120.00! who would pay that? When I go into other branches they have always waved similar fees. Anyway, I'm done with TD Bank. I will be looking for a credit union where they may actual value customers. I would NOT Recommend this bank.

This is consistently the slowest bank I have ever been to in my life. Understaffed, depositing a check takes 30 mins a new debit card I’ve wait over an hour for...
