I have been on the phone for the last two weeks trying to get back on my online banking. Each time I am transfered over I have to wait 1 hour 2 hours three hours and then when they answer we get disconnected. I just want to pay my credit card bill online but now it is reported as late on my credit report. I am so angry. I never been late on my credit card. I cannot understand why I cannot get into the system for 2 weeks. I need help now.

Beware! Lost a lot of money with this bank. Formally known as South Jersey Federal Credit Union. Fraudulent charges made.. They do not monitor accounts. Unprofessional. I I have advised fellow co- workers of this horrible experience and will continue to do so.

Was on hold for 1hour and 48 minutes. I was in cue , my wait time was 3 minutes when I was next in que, then when it was my turn the representative did not answer or respond, it was silent, then it said my hold time is 48 minutes.

They have no parking and I got A ticket trying to get services , it’s so inconvenient and some of the tellers are very incompetent Im always loosing money dealing with this bank I can’t wait to close my account !

I will be closing my account come Monday. They never have representatives available. They locked my card during 4th of July weekend due to their horrible customer service that never picks I was never able to get it unlocked had to order a whole new card.they locked my card again today the new card and again same issue this is horrible I rather keep my money inside a pre paid card They have better customer service than this. I would give a negative 5 score if I could and 0 stars. Be prepared as monday u guys will see me at that bank and I'm taking all of my money out everything.DO NOT BANK W THEM WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN WORLD AND THEY OUTSOURCE TO INDIA SO YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE

If i could give it 0 stars i would. The tellers always have a attitude. Especially the one with the glasses, like do you get paid to make faces and have an attitude? 😂 its closer to me but i no longer go to this SJFCU. i rather go the extra miles to get non ratchet customer service.
