Truist N New Hope Rd, Raleigh

Everyone at the branch except for the male teller completely ignored me. I came in to open a business account. I sat and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I watched people come in after me and be helped before me. The store wasn’t even that busy! When I finally decided to leave a banker (the same guy we watched twiddle his fingers for an hour) came out and asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I asked “why would I need an appointment? I’ve been here for over an hour, can I open my account now?” He goes “there’s no time” Mind you he only came to me because I got up to leave! Please PLEASE don’t give this bank your money they do not care about you.

They did not know how to use the new Truist system to do a credit card cash back. The teller told me that she did not know how to do it so I got the manager involved and we all learned how to do a cash back at this branch today so others won’t have an issue in the future. I gave them four stars for initial lazy resistance to getting the job done after I pressed the issue

This site is getting worse and worse on delays. According to the staff, they are not addressing Drive Through line if people have been waiting inside. I need to locate another branch and alter my travel route home.

After reading all those negative reviews. I am going to do business elsewhere. Thanks everyone for the heads up. I especially do not want my account amount or any information announced publicly for all ears.

Absolutely horrible. Have been waiting more than an hour and a half in drive through line and barely anyone has gotten through and lobby is also closed.

I never felt more racially profiled until I came to this Truist location and the worse part about it it’s the branch manager name Gabey he made me feel very uncomfortable being that I am a person of color and I will not do business with this company!

Not sure whose brilliant idea was to hire the slowest people ever to run the drive thru Bf the front desk, but shout out to you. 30min for a deposit on a Monday afternoon? Nice Management going on here.

In 7 years of banking with suntrust and going to this branch multiple times a day. These past months have been dreadful to go there and I will no longer be going here. I have finally moved and I will be going to a different branch. I love SunTrust bank but this branch is the worst branch you can ever come across with. TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE. The manager Shamika is very unprofessional and rude. I have overheard multiple conversations about customers and teammates from her, she defiantly isn’t private. I’ve been helped a couple times from a young lady who has phenomenal customer service, I can’t recall her name but she is a Hispanic young lady that is always willingly helpful. As well as other tellers upfront that are far more helpful and smiley than the manger herself. You can definitely tell there is good staff there, and previously there was an amazing manager but lately it’s seems as everyone is just trying to survive their 8 hours of work. Coming from owning a business myself, I know for sure that a bad manager/boss can destroy a great staff causing them leave or causing them to loose all motivation. I hope that over the years SunTrust is able to provide training for not just teammates but also their managers and overall any person in charge.

New changes Truist is same bad BB&T. Suntrust failed in this business. Costumer Service is really bad.
