Best customer service ever, Travis Howard is professional, goes out his way to service you and no matter the cost of the car, Travis gives you 100% of his attention to find the car that you are looking for. Travis took the extra time to bring different cars to my job on my lunch break until we found the right car for my son. I am on my 2nd Lexus and just recently purchased my son a Lexus too as well. Johnson Lexus is at the top of any car dealership that I have ever dealt with and it shows by the type of sales consultants that they hire to service customers. The service department is also outstanding. Outstanding experience with Travis at Johnson Lexus!

I am particularly critical of salespeople, and of organizations that depend on sales, and both Ian and the team at Johnson performed very well. Ian was able to develop excellent rapport and not only identified my wants/needs, he met them. All the while, the team where there to support him, and they did so well.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JOHNSON LEXUS OF RALEIGH. I started off buying used cars from other dealerships because I thought that cutting cost would better suit me. At the time it proved to work until it was time to get work done on my vehicle. The customer service that I would get from everyone else just was terrible. Either it was the feeling of neglect, the quality of service, nasty facility, etc. I was always left with a sour taste in my spirit from them all. Buy when I started bringing my cars to Johnson Lexus of Raleigh it was like I walked into another world. From the moment I step out of my car I'm greeted by pleasant & well knowledgeable people that go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and am taken care of. I've been to places that have broken off stock pieces on my car (windshield wipers) to put on after market blades without my knowledge and wouldn't know until I went here to get it checked out. I've had struts replaced from another place and when I got my car back it smelled like a dirty mechanic and had smudged grease on my interior. I brought it to the dealership and they cleaned it thoroughly. I've had several instances like that from other places and would have saved both TIME and MONEY by just bringing it to this dealership. If I'm going to be here for a long time they give me a loaner so my day isn't lost. The cost may seem pricey but for what you're getting it is well worth it...HANDS DOWN!!! And Saturday was the first I've purchased from the dealership and from the salesperson's (Rhodney Hunt) pleasant and genuinely display of his want to help me and assure that I found the car that I wanted, to the loving personality of Jessica Wellons in finance it made my experience pleasurable and exciting to say the least. I will forever be a part of the Lexus family and customer service is definitely the reason I keep coming back. I tell my friends all the time that there is no one else that will treat you as good as these guys do throughout the ENTIRE TIME of you owning a Lexus and I look forward to seeing them because they NEVER LET ME DOWN. When I purchased my Lexus from Travis Howard he was the most professional, well dressed, respectful salesmen I have ever worked with. He knew everything about the car.
